I stopped in Tuesday morning for a key fob battery....I have the lifetime replacement plan that I bought in a MN store that I thought allowed me to walk in to any store, give my phone number, hand over my key, mew battery and out the door! However, this must have been the first time I did it here.... Jake was very helpful and informative and said some stores are franchises so maybe my plan didn't transfer over? He kindly got me a new battery and had me on my way. Thank you Jake for the friendly, fast and informative service....a pleasure.

Hats off to the team at this store. I was searching for a battery for a 1995 Barbie jeep, I called 5 different places and was told it was discontinued and was no longer available. I was getting frustrated when none of them gave me any alternatives UNTIL one person told me to try Battery Plus on Coulee Road and ask for Tracy. BAM! In an hour she located one and was being shipped to their store. I was so excited and said I need a charger also, again she helped and found the charger part number and I found one on line. Barbie is up and running and my granddaughter can ride her Mommy’s car! Thank you Tracy so much. Grandma Julie

I have 3 watches registered with Batteries Plus (meaning lifetime replacements) and the team at this particular store is excellent! I was in getting a new battery for a watch gifted to me when I noticed that they service car alarm key fobs! Dealerships will rob you blind on these things. I had been having trouble with mine and went back again to solve that issue. I had 3 fobs - 2 came with the car when I bought it and I purchased one online when I thought the other 2 were dead. After a few visits and a lot of kindness and patience this team helped me figure out the original one that I had given up on just needed a new battery! Start here with your battery and bulb needs. If they can't help they will send you to someplace that can.

I ordered online in order to receive a discount, then picked it up two days later at the store (I could have picked it up that very day). Fast service and guess what--a Heck of a lot less expensive than if I had bought it at a Harley store.

Had to get a replacement key fob for my car last week. The employees were knowledgeable, helpful, and super nice to talk to while waiting for my car to do its thing!

They replaced the screen on my Samsung Galaxy. Dropped the phone off before work and it was done when I was done with work. Employees are polite and professional and my phone looks and works like new. Price for repair was also very reasonable. Will go back and reccomend to other people for any future needs.

I called Batteries plus as I was having problems with charging my cell phone and keeping a charge. The gentleman on the phone was very helpful as I explained the issues in detail, he told me to bring it in so they could take a look and he was confident they could help me. When I got to the store, Tracy the store manager and technician was able to check the battery which was fine, but the charging port needed to be replaced. She gave me a quote and did have the part in the store. She said she would have the phone repaired in 4 hours or less. My phone was ready for pick up in less than 3 hours!! I am so happy with Tracy and the other two employees. The staff is very knowledgeable, kind, and they welcome you in as you enter the door!! I highly recommend Batteries + Bulbs. They won't disappoint you, it's hard to find a store with such a wonderful Customer Service.

Every visit to this store has been a great experience. Staff are helpful and knowledgeable. I had to make a special order that came ahead of schedule and received help loading when I arrived. This isn't my closest store, but because of the service I receive it is the one I come to.

Some reviews about this company are not good but they were awesome! Thank you to Melissa and Tracey who took great care of my son who's going to school in La Crosse and had a battery problem. After running a diagnostic, nothing showed up, they replaced his battery free of charge answered all of mine and his questions. Awesome customer service, go here if you want to be taken care of! Thank-you for all you did for my family.

Yesterday I (Jeanette) stopped in at Batteries Plus and met Mel. I had a 14.5 inch MAG-LITE flashlight that I was about ready to toss. I suspected it needed a new bulb, because even with new batteries it suddenly just went out. Knowing about this brand of flashlight, Mel had the knowledge of just what to do. She unscrewed the end of it, which just so happened to contain a tiny new little spare bulb cushioned in foam. I was shocked! It was almost like she had performed a magic act! I would have never figured out this mystery if not for Mel. She switched the bulbs and…instant light! In addition to practically pulling a rabbit out of a hat, as far as I was concerned, Mel was very pleasant and interesting to talk with. She even pointed out a favorite flashlight of hers to show me, affectionally referred to as “Big Larry”! She showed me the powerful magnet in the end of it. What a great feature! What mechanic wouldn’t love this while looking into an engine at night, on the side of the road?! Mel also showed me it’s red emergency strobe light! What a well designed little flashlight! What a great salesperson! It was a true pleasure coming in to your store, where I would learn some little gems while talking with Mel, and laughing too. I accused her of trying to get me to take Big Larry home with me. What a great asset she is to your store! I look forward to coming back again someday soon.

I wouldn’t recommend THIS STORE!! Very unprofessional called a few days ago to make sure my battery was in warranty. I was told I still had 4 days left on the warranty. Iv been outta of town for the last 8months. When I arrived I wasn’t even greeted. My battery was taken from me to be hooked up to a volt meter then a battery tester I assume. Non of this was relayed to me and very unprofessional. After the employee fiddled around with the positive negative clips putting gouges in my battery terminals.(don’t think she hooked it up properly) I was told my battery was too low voltage to be warrantied!?!? I started to question this policy because I was never told this at the point of purchase. The employee then called the “manager” and she told me that they won’t warranty any batteries under 10v. Never was I told this at purchase. I then asked who I needed to talk to get this resolved and she said it’s me I’m the owner, so unprofessional. As if there’s no cooperate office or franchise lady, it all starts and ends with you…. This owner already had it in her mind that she wasn’t gonna warranty the battery before I had shown up (hr drive one way). I had heard the employee say with an attitude that my battery only had one day of warranty left. Who cares, it is still in warranty…. When I questioned the owner over the phone that the employee was holding over this bogus policy. she said I was abusing her employee and refusing to leave and that she was gonna call the cops. I couldn’t believe the wokeness. Bad business all around!!! Never will I buy from this store or battery plus again!

The best customer service around! Everyone was great as soon as I walked in the door until I left. Helped me find everything I needed and they were very attentive to why I was there! 10/10 will go back again! Wonderful atmosphere!

Puchased new battery here for my bike and it was defective, fried my control board on my Harley costing me over $800 in repairs. No refund on the battery and would not even honor the warranty on it because it had been tested by Harley Davidson techs, who showed when it spiked the voltage too high and then lose the voltage after, so it was dead for a minute before showing voltage again. Will never purchase anything from here.

Evening shift customer service is the worst! Update: Wow, called the manager and they sorted it all out. I got a lifetime of free batteries (AA or smaller) and a Culver’s ice cream. I feel so vindicated that I received this just reward after enduring such poor customer service (lazy and inept but still able to smoke instead of helping). Just kidding. The franchise is great for competitive pricing on batteries but the evening staff was unhappy and unhelpful. Wishing them the best.

The service was the best I ever had compared to others. In with a bad car battery, out with a new installed car battery in a short period of time. I didn't even have to get out of my car. They were very nice, helpful, and friendly in recognizing my physical disability. So thankful for people like that.

Tracy, in the Batteries Plus store in LaCrosse, WI, was excellent! She was very knowledgeable, kind, and professional. She answered all of my questions and explained the recommended charging protocol to extend the battery life of my phone. She was able to order a phone battery (I have an older phone, so they did not have one in stock) and she was able to install it with a very short turnaround time. She reviewed all of the functions on my phone to ensure they all were functioning properly. I will definitely be back and will refer my family and friends there. Thank you!!

I needed to return a battery today and get a replacement under warranty. I think it was the easiest exchange of any product I've ever done. Friendly sales guy tested the battery, looked up the purchase, confirmed it was still under warranty, got me a new one, and had me out the door, all in about 5 minutes. Gotta love it.

Friendly staff, good communication. My phone screen shattered. The staff here did a nice job of promptly ordering a replacement part and communicating updates via email. The replacement screen works well and the repair saved me the significant cost of replacing the phone.

We were told it would be done in 30-45 minutes. 4.5 hours later we are walking out with a phone more destroyed than what we walked in with. We came in to have our screen replaced. Our phone was still working. Just had a cracked dark screen. The male employee told us straight out that the phone broke more and that he probably lost all of our contacts, and information. This is a business phone that we rely on. No attempts to better the situation. Literally scorched taped it back together.

First of all the online order was quick & easy. When I went to pick it up, the young man that helped me was amazing. His name is Jacob Schultz at the LaCrosse store. Couldn't be happier with his customer service. He was very helpful & patient with me. He replaced a battery in my Buick fob and came out to my car to make sure it worked. This young man is going places. Make sure you appreciate his work habits and pleasant demeanor.

I dropped my phone and the screen was cracked to the point that it was 'dead', I had nothing except images that flickered once in awhile. I made an online appointment for the next day, and they were ready for me when I got there. It took less than two hours and my phone is like new. The guy working was super friendly, professional, and experienced with replacing the screen. I asked for a call for pick up, and they called me as soon as it was done. I would highly recommend this store!

Bill was so helpful. I've had my screen repaired here twice and both times they were so patient and so kind, as well as quick at repairing the screen! The warranty is also nice if you're not as gentle with your phone as your should be like me. Great Customer Service!
