I can't speak highly enough about the team down here at Gerber in La Crosse. I have dealt with a few body repair shops but this one is by far the best! My truck was hit by a drunk driver in a hit and run and Troy and the team got me an estimate fairly quickly and moving forward with the claim the team here did great. Kenny the technician that worked on my truck made my driver side look almost brand new! The repairs were completed sooner than their estimated time frame and had great communication with me through the whole process! As someone who works in the auto industry, I appreciate their attention to detail and customer service! Thank you Gerber!

Gerber did a wonderful job on my car after my collision! The back of my Hyundai Tucson was dented and they talked me through everything and gave me a quote of what they needed to do to fix it. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and made sure everything they were doing was up to the highest standards. I would highly recommend going to Gerber to get your car repaired!
My vehicle was rear ended a few weeks ago. I selected Gerber Collision and glass partly because I live close by, and partly because other reviews sounded like this company has done good work. From the phone call to setup the estimation appointment to the time I signed off on the final bill to insurance, all the employees I encountered were kind, professional, and knowledgeable. The next steps along the way were explained well (which was great as this was my first accident). I appreciated getting updated calls on the progress of my vehicle while it was in the repair shop.
There was a slight issue with my new rear bumper not fitting quite right (not Gerbers fault, the insurance company had paid for an off-brand rear bumper that ended up not fitting correctly). A name brand rear bumper was ordered immediately and it was a pretty quick appointment a few days later to get the ill-fitting bumper off and the correct bumper put on; the cost was not passed onto me. Everything was handled very well with this unique situation and timing was quick. I finally have my vehicle back looking like the accident never happened.
I hope to not get into another accident anytime soon with my vehicle, but if I do, it's going to be an easy choice to go with Gerber Collision and Glass in La Crosse. I highly recommend!
I drove 3 hours one way to Gerber Collision and Glass in Golden Valley, spent a night in a hotel while waiting for the repair to complete, because they are supposedly "Volvo certified" repair shop. They did a shitty job and it needed more work. I refused to drive , so they arranged to have it done in Gerber in La Crosse, I am glad they did.
This is a family run business. I like their team approach. I got to talk to the manager, the assessor, and the technician Adam. They put their heads together and figured out what needed to be done right away, although this Gerber shop is NOT "Volvo Certified."
I will definitely use this team to take care of my car in the future.

Down from Canada for the sports show, had a collision that I thought was going to be an expensive/weeks-long nightmare, but TROY (who came in off his vacation) looked it over and made all the arrangements. Had the mechanical issues fixed THAT DAY !! We can drive the 8 hours back home safely and worry about the body work later..
Although we have a fishing resort, I am a mechanic, and can attest to the fact that these guys know what they’re doing, are very professional, take care of their clients, and truly care about what they’re doing.

Recently, I had to get some repair work done on my car from an accident. The staff was incredibly helpful and informative on what was happening and when repairs would be done. Then tying in the repair and detailing the car looked outstanding! Definitely grade A service!

I was referred by friends on Facebook to try Gerber and I'm so glad I did. After a hit and run to my SUV, I took my vehicle in on Thursday, August 22 and it was estimated to take until Sept 30, but was returned to me on Aug 30, and she's beautiful! They contacted me every step of the way on the status of my car and arranged for my rental to be brought to me and returned upon pickup. I highly recommend their services and their customer service is exceptional. Thank you for making the process so easy

I brought my 2012 Chevy Malibu to the Body Shop for repairs on the front bumper and front left wheel well panel. The paint correction they performed was exceptional, restoring my vehicle to its original condition as if it had never been damaged by a deer. Despite the original completion date being August 1st, 2024, I received my Chevy Malibu back on July 30th, 2024, and it looked flawless.
I was able to get a same day appt for an estimate after someone backed into my car. The estimate was quick and Troy explained exactly how things would be repaired, and the process of dealing with insurance. Highly recommend.

Got my truck back today, they went above and beyond with the service they provided, cleaned and vacuum my truck for me, staff kept me updated on repairs, turn out great body repairs look great, very friendly and informative, great staff
They are polite and informative. They are fixing our car that got rear ended. It is taking longer than usual due to supply chain issues, but they are keeping us informed.
I had a small fender bender fixed through them. They put the letters on my trunk lid in the wrong place and then when I went back recently to get them to replace them in the correct spot they had the wrong parts so I have to setup another appointment to hopefully fix the mistake they made.
Very helpful employees!! My front bumper got torn off and they were able to squeeze in the time to fix it the same day I came in for an estimate. When they dropped it back off I asked how to pay and there was no charge AND that they washed it, I am very grateful. If I ever have another issue with my car’s body I’ll bring it here.
Midtown fails to keep you informed about what's going on with your vehicle while it is at their repair shop. They do not return messages, they give you the impression you are bothering them while you are there to pick up your vehicle because they are busy. Midtown collision's individualized service is poor. When the car was fixed, we were not notified. The car was left in the parking lot unlocked for over 24hrs, failing to leave the keys as agreed, so my daughter had to miss a day of work and stay and unexpected overnight until they opened on Monday. Very disappointed!!!
I had a very bad experience with this shop. I was in a car accident and they realized my truck. They took a week and a half longer than they said to fix it. When I got my truck back, they had done a very poor job and I had to take it back and have them refix it. They were very slow about returning. All's and didn't keep me notified about the state of my vehicle either. Overall was a bad job, they did not seem to care about what they were doing at all.
We had a car towed to Midtown after my daughter's accident. Mark and the rest of the staff at Midtown went above and beyond what would be expected to help us. After we decided to not fix the car Mark called around and got us the best price from salvage yards for it. All at no charge to us! Honest place giving honest service!
I had an excellent experience with Midtown Collision. I took my vehicle to Midtown to get a second opinion about the work that needed to be done on my car. They took the time to figure out what repairs were needed and did so in a timely fashion. Midtown saved me time and money. They are honest and very fair.
My car was in an accident on Sunday and Midtown Collision was able to see me Monday morning. Everyone was very nice and respectful. They are truly concerned about your safety. My car was deemed unsafe to drive and they offered to call a rental car service for me or provide me a loaner car. They did a great job working along side my insurance company and keeping me up to date on all the progress of my car. They were even able to complete all the work on my car in a timely manner and did an amazing job. They stand by their work and provide 100% warranty on all their work. I had unforeseen issues with my radio after, and they even sent someone to pick up my car to take it to have it seen and fixed. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND AND WOULD USE AGAIN!!!
