  I called Ken's a week ago to have pick up towed somewhere and the guy who answered the phone said they only tow big truck so I said alright. Today I seen a Ken's flat bed towing a subaru outback. So one would assume they lied or don't want money

  Absolutely horrible. Called to ask for tow and guy sounded like he was waking up, clearing his throat, not a mention of what business name was and ask me what I needed. I told him Vehicle type and almost immediately stated it was out of town with zero solutions. Here I sit -16 degrees and NOTHING. NOT PROFESSIONAL SOUNDING AT ALL. Called Craigs and tow truck on the way! How hard was that? If you don’t want to do the job then take your ad down!

  They towed my truck & trailer at a decent price. They also offered secure parking for free. I hope I won't require towing again but I recommend them if you are in trouble around La Crosse Wi area.

  A friend and I finished hiking at a state park near Nodine MN, just outside of La Crosse, only to find that one of my back tires was flat. What to do? Saw positive reviews for Ken's and called. Mike came out, changed the tire, took the tire back to his shop to repair (which had a nail in it) and sent me on my way. Mike was friendly, kind, and professional. What an all around great human being; his demeanor made a potentially stressful situation pleasant. Would definitely recommend Ken's!
