Not impressed with the customer service from the Onalaska Wi Napa very rude and didnt have time for me or the customer that left the store angry in front of me
I came in due to a dead battery that was under warranty. They normally don't replace the battery for you but Ron and TJ went above and beyond to help me out and did the replacement for free. They made a stressful situation an easy one and I couldn't be more grateful for their awesome customer service and dedication to their jobs. Thank you!
Don't know to much about this store but when your sign says open until 3pm you don't lock the doors at 245 and walk away as a customer walks up to the door. I won't go back.
Used to specifically go to this NAPA because of the customer service. Walked in to purchase some fluid. No one said a word as I walked the entire store. Finally found what I was looking for then had to shout to get some one to check me out at the counter.
They are always helpful when you walk in. They are very reliable in their service. They always have the parts I need. If they don't have the parts in stock at the store they are able to get them for me in a timely manner. I would always recommend that everybody goes here for quality parts for their cars.
They wanted $300 for one fuel filter and one water separator. Found the exact same items online for less than $100! I'm willing to pay extra to support local stores but that was overboard and not the first time. Sorry
Poor customer service. If you have a return make sure you take it back to where you bought it. They are independently owned and will only give you a gift card. Receipts, of course, don't say that anywhere.
Hooray for Lacrosse, new owners at Napa. Much better prices. Their staff has always been friendly and knowledgeable. It's great to be able to always have someone available to help you find the right part, and now with more competitive prices it's the place to go for any parts I need.
This place has done nothing but good things for me. I have gone in there a bunch of times and left so much smarter. The knowledge that most of the guys have is great, and they don't treat you like an idiot....I was not raised in a family full of mechanics, so I need to ask the stupid questions sometimes so I can fix stuff myself. Anyway, these guys are great and are good with returns...even when the mistake is my own. I recommend driving the extra 10 minutes (if required) to go here.
