Fast, reliable, quality product! I needed a Fat Head FAST and I got it! It's a great thing for my daughter's senior year in high school and I plan on spreading the word!
I met the owner, Jason, recently while doing an Angel Flight. I learned about his company and promptly ordered 13 "heads on a stick" for my daughter's surprise 21st birthday party. They turned out great! The ordering process was simple and delivery was as promised. It's a pleasure doing business with a company that does what they say they are going to do, and even better working with one who gives back to the community.
I just got my cutout and I Love it, Even though it was smaller than I expected I thought it would be human sized and I wish that to make it bigger didn’t come so much. But I’m still happy, Thanks Cardboard Cutout Standees
cardboardcutoutstandees is FABULOUS . quick , easy ( & i'm 70 yo) soooooomuvh fun. i've used the big heads for family members that couldn't be present at holidays . i used the yard signs for a high school reunion & the whole body cutout for a welcome home !
This is an absolutely amazing company that delivers incredible products and the highest level of customer service. I had the pleasure to deal with Patti on my order. She helped us through deciding which of 2 photos would work best for a lifesize standee. She coordinated the entire process for us in order to receive the standee within a certain date range. The standee quality was even better than we expected, it was easy to set up and was a huge hit for our guests throughout a great wedding weekend. Having the Bride and Groom "show up" at various events and venues was a huge hit. I will definitely use this company again as soon as the need arises.
Long story short, this company is GREAT to order from and is definitely a 5-star in customer service. Highly recommend!
The story: We originally had a very silly idea with our standee and submit it to this company. Amanda B. had sent an email checking if the quality was okay with us and a few other questions. I got on the phone with her and started discussing different options and potentially different picture ideas. Amanda was helpful in giving her recommendations of what the company is capable of and not capable of. After calling my friend and Amanda back and forth about 500 times, we finally decided on the final design/picture.
Amanda was so patient and so attentive to our order and very knowledgeable about the company's capabilities that it made my decision-making VERY easy. I don't think I've worked with better customer service than this company.

I didn't get my big face cutouts in time for my brother's graduation because of the company's policy of not being able to deliver to apartments. I didn't even get an email that the order failed to deliver. Don't bother using Cardboard Cutout Standees if you need their products in a city like New York.
I bought a cutout of my dog for his birthday party and it came out great! I called concerned about the quality of the print but they were very helpful and assured me that they check everything before sending to the printer!
Cardboard Cutout Standees did a FANTASTIC job creating the perfect cutout for my sister's birthday! Their customer service was excellent. They worked with me to ensure the resolution was optimal so that the end product would be optimal. And, they even came in on the fly last minute when we weren't sure if the cutout had been delivered to the correct place to reproduce and ship another one out. The quality was excellent. The cutout itself absolutely made the party! I highly recommend!
A bit misleading on the starting price of $14.99. It says on their web page, "Life-Sized Standees Starting at $14.99". The only way I arrived at that price was to have the "life size" cut out 1 foot tall. They must be talking about infants or small animals! That said, it looks to be a quality product as long as you are willing to pay around $130.00 for a 5' 7" cut out.
I had the toughest time finding a picture I could use for my cut out, but Craig and Roman helped me by going out of their way to find a picture for me & it looks amazing! They are very responsive and make sure you are happy with the final product before the start the creation process. I highly recommend this place!
My fiancé and I were unable to bring our dog to our wedding but wanted to have a small cardboard cutout there on our special day. After putting in an order with Standees, I soon became worried if it was going to be delivered in time so I checked the tracking number for updates and found out the delivery company lost in transit days before the wedding. Fearing the worst, I contacted Standees to see if there was anything that could be done to salvage this. Thanks to Callie and Craig, they were able to immediately restart my order and ship it the same day. Wedding saved!
This is a great company, did a super job on our order and went the extra mile to have it ready ahead of schedule which was perfect for our son's surprise party. Incredibly awesome customer service. There was an issue with shipping that was out of their control and they worked with me and went over and above expectations to help get me the product - which looked AMAZING!! would use them again.
