Top notch dude ? every single time.
I always have a good small talk convo with the workers, they always have a great attitude and helpful as well. Ive been here idk maybe 10 times in 6 months and yup, every time its been fantastic!
Rotten Customer Service. I stood by the batteries, patiently, for 12 minutes. Nobody asked if I needed help. 2 employees walked right past, made eye contact, and walked by. Another employee helped a customer who came in after me with some windshield wipers. I guess the profit margin is higher on wiper blades than on a $250 battery. As I left, the employees who ignored me were talking about last night’s football game. I really don’t need much. I’m usually a no-nonsense guy. But this was frustrating.
Went in to pick up an online order. One person at the desk helped the only other customer in the store while answering the phone that kept ringing. 2 other people seemed content to remain in the back while the person at the desk did everything.
Noah and Devin stayed late on July 3rd to get me back on the road,had 4 hours to drive to get home. Excellent service and commitment from those boys. Thanks again guys!
Don't go to this O'Reilly because we came yesterday and wanted some wipers for an old classic car and he gave us wipers that get used in the winter time and this car ain't even gonna be driven in the winter so stay away
Have been getting parts here for a while and have never had an issue! Manager is friendly and helpful along with most the staff. Always willing to answer questions when they can!
They were so helpful. The lady Peggy was so so nice and helpful as I didn't know a whole lot about what was wring with my wiper but she figured it out right away. So thank you Peggy you made my day so much easier
I have been to this location multiple times to have a hydrologic line replaced because they offer the service and everytime I’m always told “your going to have to wait between 3-5pm” because nobody knows how to fix them but the manager but the manager is never there.. train your staff a bit ridiculous.
A very young guy helped me look up a filter for my car. Unfortunately it was quite busy but he got me what I wanted and then some. For a young guy he knew his cars and parts very well. Good to see that there are still good kids coming out of this generation. Coolest thing ever O’Reillys can look your vehicle up by vin or license plate! Made the search for my parts so much easier and better! Used to go to auto zone but they are dumb as a box of rocks. Highly recommend going to these non racist smart young men and women over there great job guys!
Went here yesterday. Asked one of the guys for a filter. Young guy. Had to keep repeating my car make and year cuz he kept entering it wrong. Then he offered to search for the parts using my license plate #. Which I've never heard before. Then he says our plates are registered to another make and model car. Which is funny because the car dealer we bought our vehicle from gave us new plates. Later, I went home and did a background check on our plates and it was ours. Like I said before, young dude must not be very competent in using computers or maybe he doesn't understand English. Never going to this store ever again. I'm just sticking to Auto Zone from now on. At least they understand me. This place is a waste of space. Or maybe they're racist.
Really fast and reliable, knows what their talking about especially when dealing with Gage aka(best employee there) nothing like having a little humor with the guy behind the counter
Would not recommend dealing with parts counter employee Gage or Guage at Holmen, Wisconsin, due to inaccurate price matching. Have never dealt with arguing with customer, and never gave any store policy towards price matching conditions, he just stated "I can't do that, it has to have a warranty" even though it was the same part(number). Will never deal with this store again, thank God I have more O'Reilly stores in my area.
Very smart, fast and all with amzaing serivce. I really liked Leo he help me with everything and more. So thank you, whenever something comes up I am going to come to him.
I had a major issue. Ended up calling corporate. Corporate and the store manager very friendly. All in all ended up taking care of the situation that occurred. Changing my review to 4 stars. Everyone has a bad day. I will give them a second chance. Thankyou Chris for making it right.
was dealing with Rob. Gave me the wrong part. Left had had to come back. Insisted it was the right part. Showed him in the vehicle it was the wrong part. Very rude and snobby. O I guess it is the wrong part. Went to a different auto store no problems. Right part.
Horrible, gave all info on vehicle got wrong part then they guy tried to blame me for them giving me wrong part. Previous visit stood in line for 45 minutes before being helped. Avoid at all cost. Let me clarify it was right kind of part way wrong size for my vehicle, and yes I gave them all the correct info even offered to get my vintage number for them.
Just went in and the staff told me “I guess some people can’t afford to get better brakes!” I can’t believe that I was shamed for buying organic brakes. Marshall and Nate were super rude. Really unprofessional guys. My husband is fuming.
Always helpful people and good prices. Everything you buy is on their computer so if you need to bring something back and lost your receipt no problem.
They were very helpful and they saved me money on a new part. I've been buying the same part-spending a lot of money on it for like two years now and the guy showed me a new part that'll last me years! Thanks O'Reilly's!
Very friendly and helpful. Helped us find the best product, not the most expensive. And they put your new wiper blades on for you...free. Now that is good service!

On a sub-zero New Year's Eve day they came out for a jump start and installed a new battery in less than an hour, with more than friendly service ???
