Simonar Sports had Ski Doo parts that 5 other dealerships in Northern Wisconsin didn't have. Great service with great knowledge and passion for their products. I highly recommend this dealership.

Guest experience in store was not great. Not helpful with a product request, no notification about a 3.5% credit card fee before purchase, and incorrect info given in regards to installation of a product.

I had 2 jetskis that needed work. The staff got my jetskis in and serviced very quickly and for a reasonable price. I will be making them my go to shop for all future needs!!

I have been going to Simonar Sports for over 20 years for winter boat storage, maintenance and repairs. They do a great job at reasonable prices and are always friendly and helpful. I drive from Illinois and it is worth it.

What a great customer service experience, great pricing too! I was looking for a non-current BRP Helmet, they had what I wanted and price matched a sale price from a competitor. Being a Yamaha guy and them no longer being made, when it is time for a new sled I will give them my business for sure!

We were on a trip to green bay to a ewma rendezvous when we arrived I had no headlights. I called Simona sports inluxemburg and explained my problem and the owner said bring it right in and wee will take care of you. They took the bike in as soon as we arrived and we were back on the road in less than a hour. Very friendly and very reasonable I would recommend this dealer to anyone thanks

I brought in a machine that I tried trouble shooting myself before hand. They gave me pointers and helped me all the way, I went through every forum and even bought the tech manual online. They never were wrong on what to look for, I ended up needing to take it to them to split the engine case to fix the machine. Simonar even only charged the base rate hours set by Can Am, and I know the techs checked everything out after talking to them; and I’m confident in my engine. I even got back the bad parts that I didn’t ask for! That is an honest person to me. They have got a new lifetime customer, I’ve never worked with a better dealer! Thank you and you helped me save money you’ll see me again! To clarify on the hours they charged me set by Can Am, they didn’t find anything else wrong while looking at the machine.

I went to get my snowmobile serviced and they got it in right away and done quickly when everyone else was dinking me around. Very friendly and care for there customers. Worth the hour drive to get my work done. Will definitely let them work on all my motorsport needs . Thank you Simonar and all your employees!!!

Contacted them about boats they had on Facebook market place. Soon after I sent a screenshot of boats I was looking at on there post . They removed post and jacked price up on the boats. Shady. I wouldn't do business with people who like to false advertis.

Will never go back I highly advise anyone to take your business elsewhere. This past spring I brought my boat in for a full carburetor rebuild on my duel engine sea doo, after a couple days of it being there I got a phone call saying that there was no point in rebuilding the carbs because both motors were just. They claimed one of the engines was at 0psi in one cylinder and 40 psi in the other the other engine had around 100psi in both cylinders, so I went and picked the boat up because they wanted way to much for a full rebuild. After letting it sit for most of summer I decided to do my own compression test first engine had 125psi in the first cylinder and 135psi in the second the second engine had 170 psi in both cylinders which was only a 2 year old rebuild. I don't think they even looked into my boat or maybe looked at the wrong boat, will never take my business back to simonars

Great dealership! I talked to Dino about making some modifications to a snowmobile that was on the showroom floor when he checked the shipment that just came in and identified the snowmobile that I really wanted. I wasn't there five minutes and I had my name on a new snowmobile. Today, I picked it up and Dino was able to get me into better financing than what I was pre-approved for. While Dino handled the paperwork, his staff showed me everything about my new sled. They even installed some accessories for me and showed me the best way to put the cover on. Customer service is "Second to none" at this dealership and I couldn't be happier!

We bought a boat for the first time. Deano and Paul took Great care of us. Answered all our questions and showed us everything we needed to know before launching our boat for the first time. I've purchased our Ski-Doo Snowmobile and Outlander 4x4 and had All the service done by them. They are really fast and I didn't have to wait long to get any of them back. Hell.... I like just stopping in and saying Hi when I get a chance.

Took my boat in for repair.. Had it back in about 3 days.. right before the Fourth of July. Straight forward.. not gimmicks..bought a used jet ski there in 2018. No problems whatsoever.. I think you should go there..

Thanks for the help finding where to go to get my Kewaunee County plat book! Your store is much more extensive than it looks from the outside. It's nice to see a smaller town with a variety of available businesses.

Simonar have been in business for some time and treated me well, I came in for service on our Sea Doo, we had a misunderstanding but the owner and staff were more then willing to accomodate me and remedied the situation PROFESSIONALY. I have been going there for almost 35 years. Every boat I have ever bought was at Simonars. Service on my boats, motors and trailers has always been perfect. They have always done preventative maintenance on my equipment so I have never had trouble on the water. They are extremely talented employees and very honest. I will never go anywhere else!!!

The staff was extremely kind and knowledgeable. They have plenty of toys ready to take home with nice financing options if you desire them. I would go back again, and recommend giving them a visit if you are in the market for a powersport toy.

These people are friendly and prices are unbeatable, BUT if your going to close early 2 DAYS before Christmas tell people. I called to verify hours 2 days before and drove 1 hr, to get a gift card . That cost you $400.00 the money to buy full skidoo gear.

I had a gift certificate for their shop. They didn't carry parts for anything other than can am. Which is fine except I own other atv 's. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I ended up spending it on other merchandise that I really didn't need. They could have more merchandise like riding apparel

Purchased an ATV. Very little haggling. Just a decent price backed up by great service. Fixed it once even when it wasn't a Bombardier issue and was a bit out of warranty. An iconic dealer with family heritage and quality service.

Traded in a 1977 6hp for a 2013 15hp Evinrude 4 stroke. Very pleased, they went the extra mile without all the BS of other dealers. Love it, all I can say is "Thanks". I'd do business with you anytime.
