Napa has the best parts as far as the chain stores go. Plus the guys are always far more knowledgeable and they've got variety of fittings and stuff. Only downside is their hours suck.
I don't think I've ever been there and they didn't have what I needed in stock! Napa always has just about everything in stock and it's almost all good name brand OEM quality parts..not counterfeit Chinese junk and their prices are in line with all the other parts stores.. so why would anyone get their parts anywhere else other than NAPA?
There is a very stressed out staff member who works at this location. She had red hair and was plus size at the time of my visitation. After assisting the difficult customer before myself she either had a chip on her shoulder from that customer or a preconceived notion that I was going to be the same way as said customer from before. Very short, very rude, very not helpful and ended up spending my money at a different establishment.
Have been using Napa parts for over 30 years I stopped at the Kenosha store it was the Worst Napa I was ever in service and Knowledge To find there owne parts very Poor !!! Will NEVER RETURN!!
Awesome service every time I go. Had the Suburban apart for brakes, ended up needing calipers also. My only option was to fit what I could in the Harley saddlebags. Only able to fit 2 caliper boxes in the saddlebags, they offered to drop off the other 2 at my house. Awesome service will continue to go!
Dave is great! All other staff is not willing to help walk in customers. They send people to other auto stores when the parts are on the shelf but there too lazy to look! What a joke! and get price labels on the batteries and all the other sales floor Merchandise
These guys know their stuff, I needed something and the guy wasted no time finding it for me, and was even cracking jokes and just being of great service. I'd definitely recommend checking out napa for those obscure parts that the Chinesium auto parts stores don't have
Other than the nonchalant attitudes the guys were extremely helpful and helped me out with everything i needed. They went above and beyond when it came to finding me the product i needed. I totally recommend Napa above all of the other stores locally because of their service and prices
Not the best parking lot. But they were very nice and they carried out my purchase for me. Which was good because I could have done it but or was still very heavy.
