The gentleman who works evenings are amazing.. I needed a new battery at 7:30 at night. Went to the other place. They didn’t even wanna put it in. Came to this O’Reillys. When I told them I needed a new battery and could they put it in they said absolutely. Mind you mine is not easy to put in. But the gentleman did it under 10 minutes. I went to buy new headlights for a 2006 Jeep and the guy there was super helpful and helped me install them. His name was Jeremiah and he helped me select the right headlights for my car, showed me how to take the old ones out, and put the new ones in. I was super grateful because my dad isn't a car guy and I don't know much about cars, but wanted to do some work myself.
Went in to get parts for my girlfriends car, and as soon as i got there, my truck dumped coolant in the parking lot. The employee jeremiah went out of his way and volunteered to take the time and check it out for me and run diagnostics to try to find the source of the problem. It was greatly appreciated, and he was incredibly nice and funny the entire time. Staff like him definitely make loyal customers.
Great experience. Came from the one in Racine which wasn’t very helpful but this one was great. Guy name Jeremiah stood outside in the cold while he helped with my car and showed my friend what was going on under the hood. Definitely appreciate him and will be back for sure
Went in for a corner bumper light and found what I needed right away. It helps to know what you are looking for but the staff will help if needed. I've been to this location many times, and I'm usually leaving with what I need.
First time to this location. I had just had my car battery jumped and drove over to get my battery tested. The female employee was friendly and did just that. The battery was ok and I didn't have to buy one immediately. Would definitely return.
I am not going to go into details, but this crew went way out of their way to fix an issue I had with them. the issue was an honest mistake, and at least half my own fault. but the guy working here and I believe the manager on duty at the time quickly righted the wrong and went way above my expectations.
I usually go to another auto store simply because it's closer, but I am now going to switch to this O'Reilly location as my go-to auto store.
Good service..fair prices these guts may not always know what type of part or issue you're dealing with..but they'll do everything they can to help you figure it out...hard working staff...the staff at this location is second to none. I COULD NOT SAY ENOUGH GOOD WORDS TO DESCRIBE THE STAFF...except for the manager...hes not in his realm it seems...they need to hire more savvy management...or just promote the boys there. Every time I go in there you can hear him crying about something. Seems Everything is a catastrophe when you listen to him talk ..hes also unfriendly and not knowledgeable at all about his own building he works at..."BIG D SHOULD BE THE MANAGER..OR CHRISTOPHER...there the best thing to happen to that place...

The parts are great and fine but the issue was I got an extra part incase I needed it. Well I didn't. So I went to return it, which was a problem. I paid cash, but now there are new rules there! In store gift card, send a check from corporate which takes 10plus days, or wait for the store to carry a "large amount of cash" in their drawer in order to refund me! The return is $227.00; so im stuck with the part until their store generates enough cash to give me the refund..... crazy! DONT PAY CASH FOR PARTS HERE!
First time today, was a disaster, the person sold me the wrong battery. So, I had to come back. The second time was excellent, I am mad I didn't ask for the name of the guy who helped me, he was efficient, knowledgeable and kind. Great guy, great service ;)
Most employees are busy doing other things other than helping customers. The only reason I go is for parts and advice. If I didn't need the advice is get the parts from Amazon.
Lost my gas cap at a gas station. I was paniced when I came in and the lady was calm and polite. I got a new cap for my car and was back on the road in 5 minutes. Cheap and fast. Just the way I like it.
Very helpful staff. An employee named Chris was extremely kind to me and offered me really good advice without acting like he was talking down to you. Best parts store in Kenosha.
they have a lot of parts in stock, friendly always get a great greeting , but most of the crew is slow and have no idea what theyre doing. I usually bring with me the part numbers needed, or else youll be there for a while.
Went there to get an oil filter for my 2000 Silverado the high school kid behind the counter very unprofessionally asked "what do you want" told him i needed a k&n filter to which he yelled out a part number. (which was wrong) once i told him that was the wrong number he turned the screen and says "yea see" he typed in an 03 Silverado when i told him that was wrong he said "they're both Chevys its the same..." i didn't go there for his wrong info WILL NEVER RETURN!!!!
