I had jensen towing , move a shipper container and they Overcharge me. I was paying a $150 an hour. They charged me $600.00 for 3 and a half hours. It's should have cost $525.00 I'll never use them again!

I arrive at there yard. After my car accident. Paid fees. Made a few calls. Had a few ppl check on me at the tow yard.
Time out. I'm married, with a girl friend very natural. In modern-day times. Regardless of the heavy set lady. Who called my wife back. Lol. And told her I was out side kissing my girl friend lol.
That was the most unhelpful and jealous, unprofessional help. Or anything to do with my gray chevy malibu.
Last year Sept 2024 to be excat on the timing. It made me and the wife laugh the most.

I received my car, must say this was the worst service and unprofessionalism if 2024. After paying for the car i still was giving a hassle and rushed to get my belongs out of the vehicle. 400 bucks later .
Amazing service from Jeremy from Jensen’s towing! Showed up earlier than expected and he was a true professional and helped me get my van out of a ditch. Prices are very reasonable and fair. I will be using Jensens towing all the time in the future!
A belt snapped on my car while I was in Kenosha, WI and I needed it towed to Rockford, IL. I called Jensen Towing they came about 50 minutes later, they charged a reasonable fee to tow it across 2 states. Driver Matt was really nice and made the ride home a pleasant one.
too many impounded people come and give this place one star but not often do the good things get reported in the reviews. my tire blew and the wheel was seized so i had to call a tow. they were willing to rush to get to me and came within 20 minutes the guy was super nice and offered to try and take the wheel off thinking he could. he got it off. he saved me money from tires plus and only charged for the tow which was well priced compared to other towing companies. he didn’t have to help with getting the wheel off but chose to. Jensen is a fantastic towing service and I’ll keep using them going forward.
Was stranded & needed a tow for roughly 25 miles to deliver my vehicle. It was late Saturday night & the surrounding tow companies would not take my vehicle because it was too far. I finally called Jensen after the 4 others turned me down. I spoke with a lady who instructed a driver Shane to call me to pick my vehicle up. Shane called & said he would be at my location in 5 mins. Just to try one last time, I start my car & I call Shane back to let him know it started & I would not need his service. I told him I would leave a good review because Jensen went above & beyond to make sure I was safe. Thank you to the lady receptionist and Shane the driver for taking the initiative to help someone in need no matter how far the drop off point was.
Jensen Towing is absolutely awesome! Today I experienced a car breakdown that stranded me at Woodman's. The Jensen truck arrived quickly, and the driver was awesome. I have called Jensen Towing for breakdowns in the past and have always been given great service. Definitely 5 stars!!!

the driver was really nice and made an unfortunate event enjoyable. showed up earlier than estimated and was very affordable. definitely recommend them and next time this happens will definitely be calling them again.
Wheel just about fell off something about the bearings. I’m 72 and was very shaken up. Kelly sent Jeremy in less than an hour. Both were very professional and kind. Made an unpleasant experience less horrible.
My family business truck and trailer were towed, but I am not complaining about that. We found out yesterday at 1530 that it's impounded and initially contacted the business. We wanted to get the truck right the way and made numerous calls to the office. Apparently they had problems before, and despite that on the front door label saying that they accepted credit cards, they told us that they accept only cash. We wanted to pay with a check or debit card, but they refused, saying that people canceled payments on them. Of course it was too late to get to the bank, and who is having 1300 dollars cash on them, especially in this economy? The next day, first thing in the morning, we took the cash money from the bank and then went to pick up the truck. So we were charged on top of the $1300 another $150 + tax for an extra day. I believe that this is a fraud and is a very easy way to get an extra day/charge on mostly everyone. Is it not true that you can stop payments on debit cards, and is it my problem that people cancel payments? Very despicable practice.
On my way to church this morning, I experienced a sudden blowout of my passenger side rear tire upon passing Route 50 on Highway 94 northbound. I must give credit to Alex of Jensen's Towing in Kenosha, Wisconsin for his quick and skilled response that saved the day. I can not thank him enough for his professionalism and kindness!!!!!!!!!!! I made it safely home because of him!!!! I also want to commend the Hwy patrol that helped wand waited with until Alex arrived!!!

They are all about the money. My grandson was arrested and incarcerated. He made sure I was able to have the keys to his car the next day. They wanted a notarized note from him for me to pick up his car! He had obviously wanted me to pick it up because he made his property available to me. You would think they would be more caring.
My sister was in a car accident and the car was towed to this lot….. the older man was rude, acted like he was annoyed that my sister couldn’t find her registration, mind you her car was totaled so she was out of it, police said they don’t even know how she survived.…. They had some heavy set guy watch us as if we was going to steal something from OUR CAR. The lady was just rude and I truly feel it was a little prejudice. I like Jantz! Jantz would have never!!
Ask for pricing first. I would recommended other service providers as they are priced half the cost as this Jensen Towing. They are one of the highest priced towing services I have ever used. There are many other companies I used they charged around $300 for a 80-mile tow. Jensens charge $500.
Needing a tow is never ideal but the man who towed us was friendly, efficient, and professional. He was friendly despite the fact that they were having a busy night. I could tell they were busy because the woman that helped me coordinate the tow when we called in seemed stressed and rude for no reason. She really needs customer service training to treat others respectfully at the least
Sometimes there is a short wait, but it is mostly due to distance or time of day/night. When they get there they are knowledgeable, helpful and know the local companies and repair facilities. Good people.
We have been towed by Jensen 4 times now and each time we have had excellent service. They give us an estimated ETA to the truck which is always accurate and not exaggerated, have us hooked and on our way in a short time, and are courteous and professional. Finally, the bill has always been reasonable. They have definitely won my loyalty!
I would not recommend this tow service to anyone. The staff was very rude to me and made me feel like I was inconveniencing them. I went in and the one lady wouldn’t even turn around from her computer to look at me or talk to me. The other woman rolled her eyes at me and laughed at me. When I asked a question she walked away to answer and phone and never came back. The old guy was no help and when I was frustrated and didn’t know what to do he simply said, “Good Luck”. Extremely rude and unprofessional. When I went in the next day their was a different man working and he was the only nice one and actually had customer service. I will not use this company again and would never recommend it to anyone.
My Semi was stck in a gravel parking lot. Called Jensens Towing and their driver was to me in 40 minutes. The driver winched my truck out of the parking spot. Very professional and great service. Highly recommend and will definitely use them again.
Jensen towing is a joke, they will tell you one price over the phone, then when you get there the price is different and has gone up somehow in a couple hours. You can’t do anything but pay the price they’ve made up on their hand written chicken scratch receipt that’s all marked up and changed. If you want to fight charges they won’t release vehicle and just keep charging you more money. Why would it be one price and two hours later be more? A family run business doing whatever they can to make more money lying to people. Strongly discourage anyone from using this places services.
Less than good: Tried to coordinate between myself, a 3rd party and Jensens to plan to move a piece of equipment a week ahead of time, and the day before I was called and asked to reschedule for a later date due to an emergency job. then the day of, they called and wanted to push the move up a few hours because they wanted to put their truck on another job that afternoon. Irritating, and inconvenient.
The good: the landoll driver, and heavy wrecker operator that showed up, were very professional, knew how to do their job, and worked efficiently. I was charged a fair price, and nothing was damaged.
I got into a bad accident about 70 miles from my house in my awd vehicle, thankfully we had a very good driver mj, nice smooth ride all the way back to Illinois on a holiday weekend. Thank you guys again for the amazing service, hope to never need to use you guys again
This company has towed my vehicle to a repair shop that is closed, based on their recommendation, and dropped my keys in their drop box which is now un retrievable. They have stated it’s not their problem.
They don’t care about customers and clearly have some deal with this local shop so they can get kickbacks. Bad situation made horrible by trusting local businesses.
This will cost me $$$$$ to get fixed now and I would definitely recommend not ever listening to a local tow company’s advice.
AAA chose this service provider. Jensen dispatcher was super nice. She called and verified my exact location, and provided a fairly accurate ETA. The driver said very little upon arrival and seemed bothered to be working on a Sunday. Just hooked up my car and left. Followed him to my local shop where he offloaded the car and left without saying much more than "keys are in it." Had it been my wife who broke down instead of me, I would be more bothered by the lack of explanation of services. In the end he did what he was supposed to do.
I had an absolute horrible experience with this place. The drivers were very nice, one even told me that the way I was being treated was wrong.
The clerk lady did not turn her back to speak to me the entire time I was there, so I had a conversation with her back, which was nice, she didnt even ask my name until after 4 hours I was actually able to obtain my vehicle that was impounded for 7 hours, totalling 263.00.
There were charges on the bill tht the lady (who wouldn't turn her back) could not explain.
I payed the 263.00 gladly to get my BMW back and they still would not release my vehicle till 4 hours later, because she said she needed a title (because everyone wants to pay a tow bill on a car that isnt theirs)
My vehicle is financed, and anyone who finances a vehicle, knows u dont get a title until the vehicle is payed off.
So I had to call the dealership in illinois where I bought my car to get a copy of the title, so I drove an hour to obtain it, came back and finally the lady asked my name. And made a copy and instructed someone to take me to get my vehicle.
One of the charges on the bill which I will post, states I was charged for snow removal, however my car was full of snow.
The owner (another woman) was extremely rude when I asked for an explanation and even stormed out the door on me. I work in customer service and the FIRST thing I do is introduce myself and ask how I can help. The place is filthy and so are the employees and owners attitudes.
I'd like to thank the tow truck drivers who helped me, they were nice guys and I even had one who worked there tell me tht the way I was being treated was wrong.
This place blew my mind, and never in my life will I call them if I need help. I'd rather walk 7 miles in the snow than make that call.

Do not recommend. Went back home to visit and locked keys in car as door swung shut and couldn’t catch it. Police suggest calling a tow company. Tried Jantz, my first choice, but they were closed. Called Jensen’s and spoke to a rude woman I had a feeling was going to take me for a ride as soon as she found out I was out of state. 40 minute wait. One minute to unlock. Driver said, did she tell you 65$? My husband demurred. The guy knew it was higher. And so we were charged the higher rate. 75$ is unconscionable and clearly not the going rate. Driver was nice and professional. Woman was not. When I stated rhetorically that I had no choice and had to spend the money, she responded, “no, you don’t.” Merry Christmas, lady.
If you have a choice and don’t want to be taken advantage of, look elsewhere.
My locks on my van froze on me.
I have road side assistance. they wanted me to pay cash and then get remembered. I didn't have the money in my account and they wouldn't take a card over the phone. I called my insurance and they said that I shouldn't of had to pay out of pocket.
Happy that they got me into my van but not happy with the service I was treated.
The thing that really made me made was they were going to impound my van if i didn't pay and of course it was 2 am so i wasn't going to get customer service on the phone.
