I can't thank Floyd's Towing enough; they have been a great help. I was dispatched to recover a load from a broken-down small box truck. I tried using a winch and ramps to transfer the load, but unfortunately, the weight and height difference were too much. I called a few towing companies; they either didn't have a pallet jack or the price was too high. I called Floyd's Towing; they assured us they had the equipment, and they didn't lie. They showed up in less than an hour and immediately got to work, making the process seem so easy. I definitely recommend them to anyone considering using their services. Great service, great price.
Jeremy made it out to me at the estimated time, after hours. Loaded me up and gave me a ride to my house, which was where I had my vehicle dropped off. Was professional and held a conversation for the whole 30 minute ride, which was nice. Went over with the issue my vehicle is having, agreed with my diagnostic as well as giving another possibility of what the issue may be. Way better than riding in awkward silence. Unloaded my vehicle in a timely manner, right where I requested it. All negative reviews are 4+ years old and I can definitely say, this company is nowhere near a 1 star company. Will use again, if needed.
My family was on our way to start our vacation when our rear tire blew out near Apple Holler. It was extra stressful because we were towing a boat. There was only one place that had our size tire all the way up in Milwaukee (40 miles away) and they were going to close soon for the weekend. Jeremy from Floyd's towing did an awesome job getting the car on his truck without scratching the rim. He got us to the dealer in time and saved the start of our vacation! Thank you Jeremy!
Got my semi stuck in a snow bank at a Pioneer Seed dealer and Floyd's came pulled my semi out. Very nice people to deal with would recommend them if you need anything
The worst towing company ever. They towed my truck and busted the gas tank and then tried to lie to me and tell me that it was already like that but I had video proof that it wasn't. Then the owner decided to argue with me because he knew I was right. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES PLEASE.
1 key was stuck in the ignition, and the electrical was dead. The front doors are electric (08 CTS) therefore you would need a key to use the mechanism to open the door mechanically. I explained this to the tow driver, he said okay. I watched him nervously as he put my car on the bed, keys in hand. I asked him when he closed the door, "You have the keys right?" He showed them to me, chained my car up. I paid him with a card... When he dropped the car off he didn't leave the keys, the dealership was able to get in without them...
Call back 4 days later when my car was fixed, "Dealership said they never got any other keys..." Dispatch talks to the driver. Driver said he never took any extra keys... This process took 2 days... I know I gave the driver my keys, because when I went back to work I would have had to put them in my locker to pass through the metal detector. They were not there.
Getting these keys replaced, and the others deactivated with my car is not going to be cheap, quick, or easy.
I will only call this place as a last resort if I can't find another tow service within 20 miles.
I'm very unhappy.
They charged me extra because my car was lowered (which all that requires is a couple wood blocks!), not only that but he scraped the front of my corvette on ground. I talked him down $15 but ive never paid $100 to get a vehicle towed 5 miles. I will never use this service again. Use literally anyone else.
