On a extremely busy day he stopped by and did a quick jump start on my truck. Granted I was only a block away from his shop. Still being able to help out in a pinch is awesome. I now found my new tow company I will use for all issues I have. Have been telling all my friends about them as well.
My dad’s truck broke down Friday night rush hour. Called around others were 3-4 hours wait or more , AES answered my call said he was currently at an accident but could be there in about and hour , quoted a fair price and asked me to text him the info as he was in the middle of a call . He was super pleasant and professional on phone and prompt with text response. Even after a crazy night of accidents he was super prompt at calling to say he was ten min away. I appreciate the courteous manner and professionalism myself and dad were shown. We will definitely reach out to AES in the future for all of our towing needs.Thank you for your outstanding service:)
We surprised my mom by having a limo pick her up on her last day of work. It was the perfect way to kick off her retirement. Limo was very nice and clean. Communication was very clear. Driver was very kind and helped everyone in and out of the limo. Highly recommend!
Shuttle service was very accommodating, nobody else beats the price. On time for both trips we needed. Use both a 14 person party bus and a 9 person limo. Both were spacious and comfortable. Great at communication. Will definitely use again!

I called on Thursday, May 21 in the morning by 1030 they say they will come and tow my truck ,in three hours Nobody showed up nobody called, I called back went to voicemail nobody returned my call I went with someone else. Freaking idiots
My daughter had surgery in Milwaukee, and I was on my way home to Kenosha. It had been snowing all day, and I hit a patch if black ice and landed in a vacant field that was packed with snow. I couldn't get ahold of my family for help, so I called Auto Express Services. Just as the truck was arriving, my brother called me and told me to cancel the tow (I work retail and money is tight after the holidays). The driver was very understanding and kind when I mentioned I didnt need the tow anymore. I was very apologetic, but he was genuinely helpful and making sure I was okay. If I ever do need a tow again, I will be calling them again. Keep in mind, due to the lateness of the events of the day, this took place around 230AM
This is a franchise so they tend to have specialty items longer and the service is more personalized (however just like any other fast food resturaunt you do occasionally get a rude employee) The downside is they can be out of regular items such as onion rings a day or more at a time.
broke down in town. called early am. left number. -20 degree weather. think they would realize this would be a busy time. now, 4 hours later, no call back. if you're busy, fine. at least call back. 24 hours is false advertising. find someone else.
We were very impressed with response and price of tow and service. Unfamiliar with the area, on a Sunday night and having a large utility truck broke down on side of the road, Auto Express promptly came to tow us. He gave us a VERY reasonable price for a Sunday night tow. He further serviced the vehicle by flushing fuel tank, changing fuel filter, and providing fuel for us on the next day! They also spared us grief by informing us to be cautious of company unable to handle our vehicle in towing that was already attempting to figure out how they were going to get the truck to fit on the tow truck. The truck they brought was too small to tow our truck. Highly recommend!!
My car broke down at 12am on the freeway. Within 5 minutes I was in contact with Auto Express Services. I know how dangerous the I94 emergency lane can be and semis were flying past me without lane changing. By 12:30 the Tow Truck driver arrived and had me off the freeway in 5 minutes. Both my car and I were home safely within 1hour from my call. Thank you for getting me home safely!! Very professional prompt and courteous driver.
