BEST SERVICE EVER! I needed my car towed from my house to a shop because I couldn’t get it to start. Not only did they get my car to start, but they went out of their way to stick around and help me with my problems. They’re very knowledgeable with local prices and recommendations. Very friendly. They treat you with care as they would a friend. They’re great, and I would definitely recommend!

If I could give this business 10 stars, I would! From start to finish, Robin went above and beyond every step of the way. My car broke down in the middle of nowhere, and within minutes of my call, him and his truck arrived faster than I could’ve hoped. Not only did he handle my car with care, but was friendly, professional, and really knew his stuff.
Once at the auto repair shop, he jumped right into action. He diagnosed the issue in no time and provided a clear, honest estimate—no hidden fees or surprises. The repair work? Flawless! My car is now running better than it has in years, and he even threw in a complimentary inspection just to make sure everything was perfect. What's the point of being a towing company and an auto repair place if you're not gonna help. Flat tire I ask about being towed and they straight up say no. Useless company!
On March 5th 2023 (Sunday) our car broke down 150 miles away from home and we were not able to start it. We finally connected with Mike from J&M Towing service, and he towed the car to his place of business. The good thing in that they rent to two mechanics (Robin and Ernesto) whose shop is in the same building. The next day (Monday) Robin and Ernesto replaced the alternator and repaired our problem. I was concerned because we were 150 miles away from home and in an unknown area. However, they did not take advantage of our situation and the charge for the repair was fair (substantially less the I expected). I would recommend both this towing service and these mechanics.
By the way the next day, Mike the tow truck drive drove to our hotel and took us to the repair shop while we waited a few hours for the repair to be completed. That saved us from having to stay another day in the hotel.
I thought my car needed towing in the starter went out come to find out when Kenosha towing showed up. It was not my starter. It ended up being the ground wiring and he jumped it so I got to get home with no charge. Definitely recommend this place customer service is beyond excellent.
Our employee broke down traveling trough Kenosha. I called another towing place in Kenosha and they could tow the vehicle but not service. So, I called Kenosha Towing. I talked to Robin and he asked me questions about what was going on with the vehicle. He said he likely could fix it on the spot. Within 45 minutes he was at the vehicle and fixed it. Definitely use this company. Don't bother calling anyone else!!
Lady was very rude when answering the phone she asked if my hisband can read.. what a b!!!! Need someone that can be a little more polite in a bad situation... service was not cheap. Sorry u hate your job but we are paying customers!
We were in a bit of a pickle outside Kenosha, on our way back home to Chicago on Saturday afternoon. Car died. We are stranded. Everybody is closed, or very busy for the last hour of their work day. Enter Robin, with Kenosha Towing and Repair.
He not only stayed on the phone with us for a good while as we tried to consider our options for the day, but offered much helpful advice and experience about whether we should try to get the vehicle towed to Chicago or get it fixed locally. We decided to try to get it towed 50 miles back home.
Close to 3 hours later, after two other towing services had blown us off, Robin saved the day for us, came and got the vehicle to repair at his shop and helped us get to a bus stop to make it back home. After hours on a Saturday evening. Incredible service, a truly good human! Very happy to be able to pay him to help repair the issue in Kenosha instead of a Chicago repair shop.
Robin is a godsend...on a cold, snowy Sunday morning he went out of his way to change the belt on my vehicle and took his time explaining any other maintenance issues I might run into, price was unbelievably reasonable, and generally seemed like an amazing individual! Thank you so much I will be a return customer!!!
I needed a second opinion on my car and a tow. They helped me understand what was wrong, all my options, and made very helpful recommendations. In the end, they recommended the cheapest and best option, even though it wouldn’t include me using their services. They were so helpful, practical, patient, and kind. I won’t be going anywhere else for repair work or towing again. I would recommend again and again!!! 10/10
Ask for Robin. He saved us from being stranded on the holiday weekend. We drove an hour from home to get to the beach, but noticed car trouble on the way there. It was a tough fix, but Robin didn’t give up on us or send us away. Two nearby shops left us empty handed. Thanks to Robin for getting us back on the road safely! We will definitely be back soon! My low tire pressure light went on and by the time I got 2 miles down the road my tire was completely flat and I had to be in Milwaukee in an hour and a half to pick up my sister from the hospital. Talk about panic! I called Robin and he came out right away, took off my tire, drove me to get it fixed, and put it back on, no problems! His pricing was completely reasonable and his help was a million percent appreciated. Thank you for saving the day!
One of the best car repair experiences I’ve had in years. I took in my Red 2010 Toyota Camry that was having front exhaust system issues. I was give a very reasonable cost and had a timely repair.
The staff was so laid back, I felt like I was going to family to help fix my issue.

The guy came and towed my van within 15 mins, I was able to pay with my credit card (about $50 in town) on the spot which was convenient. Then his shop was able to quickly diagnose the issues with my vehicle (less than 24 hrs).
Yesteday , while I was driving my car started smoking and a belt snapped . In a panic I googled “ auto repair and towing “ and picked the first place that popped up . I called and almost instantly had a tow truck on the way. They owner was super nice and accommodating. I got the work down at the shop as well and it was affordable which was a big sigh of relief. Most definitely recommend.
My daughter attends school in Kenosha and was stranded with a bad battery. He went above and beyond to get her set up with a new battery (and even rescued her when she accidentally locked her keys in the car too...it was a bad, bad day) I was so grateful for having someone quick and reliable there to help her when I couldnt be!

Don't get your repairs here, the guy on the phone wouldn't really give me a straight answer on how much the diagnostic was until I got there and he did it, then I was given two different answers on what the problem was, very confusing, and he was rude...then he told me to go down the street and buy the part myself and he would put it back on...who does that?! nope! never going back again!
This towing company is so nice and trusting!! They help you in a reasonable amount of time and the prices seem very reasonable. I would recommend this company for anyone in the area!

I've been bringing my vehicles here for years now. Always honest and to the point on what needs to be done. Prices are also very reasonable. Whenever another shop recommends some sort of "extreme" repair, i'll usually bring it here, only to find out that said repair isn't needed and that everything is perfectly fine the way it is.
