Jesse was very knowledgeable and helpful. He’s also very friendly. He assisted with putting my battery in very cold temperatures and helped in another instance of putting in my new headlamps right before close.

Very friendly staff! They put in my new blinker light bulb!

I had to stop here to exchange windshield wipers I bought at another, I did not sign up for any rewards program so they couldn't look up my purchase. The young man was so kind to accept my truth and exchanged my wipers but at a discounted price, he put the wipers blade on my car as they advertise. I wish I could remember his name. He was the only sales person there and he made time for me and the other person in the store. He gave excellent customer service. I hope his manager as well as corporate know what an asset he is to their company.

I called asking for a part was told there was one in stock. Of course when I got there they didn't have it. This is just the last straw in a long line of complete disappointments from this store. This is the WORST parts store I've ever had the misfortune to frequent. It won't be happening again. I'd suggest everyone avoid this store at any cost.

came in near closing time, needing to Bush fix my semi, the dude was aces helping me find something that would work, and he saved me a 1.5 day wait at the dealership!

I went there twice for a brake line sculpture art project I was doing for one of my classes. The guys were super helpful. Second some time it was an old lady. She was really rude, extremely put out about assisting me "She expects everybody else to solve her problems." No I expect you to do your job and provide me with customer service. Is She volunteer? Because if you are paying her please be aware she is costing you business. I am sticking to the one in Platteville, guy there had been a gym teacher. Super nice guy, super helpful.

Parts are never right! Waste hundreds of dollars in gas driving back and fourth because they can not get it right!!

Most of the time I can get what I need when I need it. After my last experience I had to come back and change my review. My last visit I was helped by Dakota the store manager who claimed to not be able to locate the parts I needed so he sold me 2 that were close but NOT for my vehicle. Only 1 was in stock so another had to be ordered at a cost of $25.99 ea and I would have to return later which I dìd. Now that I knew the proper name for the relay I looked it up to find the proper parts for my car are available at a cost of $17.99 ea. So I called back spoke to a different employee, ordered the correct relays to be delivered the next day requiring yet another trip. I'm not saying Dakota purposely tried to cheat me with more expensive parts or that he's incompetent, perhaps he was just having a difficult day. I know I certainly was, I had to make 3 trips to get the correct parts I needed.

They are absolutely amazing. What a great customer service. They helped me change my battery, and it started poring down. They still finished the job. Thank you!!!

Don't get what I asked for. Ask for rear bearing bolts. get front wheel bearing bolt

I went in this O'Reilly to get oil and got ignored for about 5-8 minutes ended up leaving without the oil and went to the Walmart next door and saved a few bucks. I later the same day called for some brakes and they left me on hold for over 5 minutes. Call the O'Reilly in Mount Horeb and they helped out real quick. I won't ever go here again.

Dakota the store manager is a joke . Got mad because I did not want to hear him stick up for O’Reillys when I was complaining. Told me to shop somewhere else even though I have a Professional account

O'Reilly Auto parts is a good parts store and has friendly staff and can assist you with just about anything you need from tool rental to check engine light check and battery check

Like...does it get any better!? I am here on a trip from NY. Need wipers and washer fluid. Andrew guides me to the right blades, gives several options, advises which would be best for me, comes out and installs them. I spend the day at Culver's doing business on my laptop and phone, only to come out in the afternoon and find my van won't start. So I call O'Reilly's. Jay answers, says let me take care of a customer and I will be right over and shows up in his personal vehicle! jumps me, we head over to O'Reilly's where he shows me several battery options and sells me one, then installs it as well! What a great crew doing an outstanding job!!!

This new store opened up a few months ago. Knowledgeable staff helped me out and gave good advice. Scanned my vehicle and gave me good advice about the results.

This website says they are open until 8 on Sunday. Went there to get a battery tested and the sign on the building says 6

Says open till 9pm on wed and no one answered let ring for 3 min no answering machine nothing bull shut
