I had an intermittent coolant leak and Ryan was able to get me in relatively quickly which was nice. The first day they did testing to make sure they knew where the leak was coming from (the leak wasn't occurring each time the vehicle ran) and kept me informed along the way. By the second day Ryan & team had the part they needed and had my Jeep fixed. Timely service and reasonably priced. They even inflated my tires without me asking which were registering as low from the cold, I'll definitely go back if/when I need service again!
Got me in right away for a punctured tire. 30 minutes and 30 bucks and I was out. Staff was nice and said I could pop back in if I noticed a drop in pressure. Great little local shop. Would definitely return.
Some of the best customer service I’ve had when working with auto shop people. Usually they are distant and rough around the hospitality edges. Ryan and his main worker (I forget his name), always communicate what is going on with the vehicle in a way I can understand. Always a thorough and honest job. The only thing I would change is the scheduling. Sometimes there is an issue, but it is worth the wait because his prices beat anywhere I’ve ever gone before. I truly wish the best for Ryan and his shoppe. Keep up the good work!!
We were driving through and ended up getting a flat tire, he took the time out of his busy day, got us in as soon as we got there, patched our tire, and sent us on our way in under 30 minutes! Amazing customer service and really nice fair guy! Thank you again for the help!
Driving through from out of state, oil light came on, walked in while he was clearly working on something else and he dropped everything to help get me back on the road right away. Ridiculously nice guy, very much appreciated his help and kindness.
