No longer takes cash what a joke, I thought this was America.
No warning, no info, no courtesy. Just change of policy overnight and I use to go here once a week at least.
I was a little skeptical that the service would remain as top-notch as it was when the business was owned and operated as Faherty's but this past week we noticed that our garbage was not picked up, however our recycling was. I made a quick call the next day to what is now "REPUBLIC SERVICES" to let them know. The man who answered the phone, Wayne, seemed genuinely concerned. He listened to the reason for my call, assured me he would look into it, took down my phone number and told me he would be back in touch. Literally less than 5 minutes elapsed when I received a call-back from him. He assured me, he completed a "ticket" and that they would be by to pick up the garbage. I'm not sure why it was overlooked to begin with but the way he took care of me and turned my problem into a priority, really impressed me! THANK YOU, REPUBLIC SERVICES for continuing on with the great service we have come to know and expect here in Platteville! Keep up the great work!!!
I’ve never in my life had to deal with such a moody company. If they garbage crew doesn’t feel like doing their job they just won’t and there your stuck for another week. Thanks Feherty

We can imagine that phone conversation with the lady right before ours was extremely frustrating. We really appreciate the honesty and apology. We have also had those days as a business, and we thank you so much for your reply!
I will reiterate again that the three dumpster drop offs and pickups we had in the past were 5 star service! We were able to find another dumpster company that had availability, but in the future we will make sure to schedule further ahead of time so that we can work with you again.

Faherty does a great job, had to dispose of an old chair and was able to take it to them. Service was fast, nice, and most of all easy. they didn't even let me pay full price for the disposal fee.

This is the worst company on planet earth, somehow they think it is okay to pick up garbage in the loudest trucks of all time, just about every day, from my residence hall. Not even a joke, my brain rattles every morning at about 7 am, INCLUDING FVCKING weekends. Go spend time with your kids garbage truck driver. In total their a useless company that should just go out of business.
Great customer service! Needed desperately to get some junk removed from the house and garage. Faherty's was a great choice. Received timely delivery and friendly service.
Used them to clear out a hoarding situation, would recommend to anyone, price range is great, service is prompt and helpful friendly folks in the office!
They do a great job a both our business and home. The Earth Day programs they put on are AWESOME! It's a great company and we're lucky to have them in Platteville.
In the last few months we have had to get a few dumpsters for on going projects at our house. With all the stress of the projects the dumpsters have been the easy part of the process. The staff, from the office to the field, have always been very friendly and easy to work with. The only suggestion I do have for potential customers is to plan ahead because sometimes there is a little waiting list depending on the size dumpster you are looking for. Very rarely though and they work to get you what you need as soon as possible.
Thanks faherty for correcting the problem i had with garbage pick up. The guy i talked to was very kind and explained everything in detail. Im happy now.
Horrible company! The owner is the rudest man I have ever spoken to in my life. Don't put more than 6 bags out. They won't pick up any of your trash. Can't wait til we don't have to use them anymore
Too expensive for what they offer. Dumpster was too small and they only offer bi-monthly pickup. After only a few months, driver took my dumpster away and told me I could take my trash to the dump. I was given no warning of termination of services.
