Our car had a tire blowout on the side of the Mississippi highway in Iowa on the day before Thanksgiving. Bill not only came and got us, he brought us a minivan to use while he ordered a tire for us. I don't know how I could ever thank him enough for everything he did for my family over the holiday.
We were stuck at a gas station with a dead battery!! B & M towing came to the rescue. They didn’t also anticipate a jump start but brought a battery just in case!! Yes we needed the battery!! From out of town and stranded they came to our rescue!! Thank you so much!! Don’t know the name of the guy but he was absolutely awesome!! Thank you so much!!
Bill saved our camping trip! I thought I had a dead battery at the campground but he quickly determined it was the starter causing the issue. He went above and beyond to get our vehicle going so my 4 kids and I could get home before the storms hit. Thank you, Bill!! We greatly appreciated your help!
This was the best small-town customer service ever! Prices were awesome, Bill was awesome – I can't praise him enough. I'd drive back to him in a heartbeat, he's an hour away; he's well worth the trip for tires.
It takes a lot for me to trust a garage. I trust this garage. He explained to me what we were looking at before he began work, and even took the time to explain the ORDER the parts had to be removed so I understood why he recommended additional parts be replaced. that extra $70 in parts/labor potentially saved me a future $400+ service job. explained ALL the parts and work after it was done, as well as what I should keep an eye on in the future. Im so confident in this garage I took my mom's car there after

Bill picked us up on a Sunday afternoon, (motorcycle flat tire) he tried everything to get us back on the road, we ended up having to leave our bike, tire and tube was ruined he set us up with transportation to get us home, a few days later he called and said it was all fixed and ready to go.
