Yep, they are rip off kings and unprofessional. T he other reviews are correct they can't even bother to email people back, who have question about scraping large machines highly recommended going anywhere else for your scraping needs.
Had to go to office for bathroom keys down the hall.almost didn't make it to go to bathroom..waited 1 hour to unload aluminum cans. Couldn't wait any longer..poor customer service took cans to stickler recycle..they were great in and out 15 minutes and they paid cash..
