There was a line but the assistant manager Brad was patient with all customers and when it was our turn he was equally patient and thorough with us and solved our issue
Had car trouble on a Saturday on my way to Minnesota, thankfully this shop was within 15 minutes of where I had to pull off 94. I thought I knew what the issue was, but thankfully Dave read my codes and directed me to a different product that solved my issue. If he hadn't done that, I'd probably be stuck 15 minutes away from the shop again with the same issue. Thank you so much Dave!
Super grateful for this crew! Brad went above and beyond helping fix a DIY project gone wrong & replacing my battery in negative degree temps so I could get back on the road. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Highly recommend to anyone in the area!
Big guy who was apparently the manager threw a pathetic tantrum over a very simple misunderstanding, and, I kid you not, actually followed me out of the store while shouting threats and taunts at me. I wish I was making this up
They had the part we needed but not hanging in right spot so the guy behind counter gave us the wrong part so had to go back. They realized that they had the parts hanging in wrong spots
Blayde makes this the best parts store in Menomonie. Everyone there is friendly and knowledgeable but I know I'm being helped by the best when I see him in the store.
This place wreaks of depressed masculinity. Also heaven forbid they do their job to help you find something, because it could interrupt their conversation with ol' pal Jim. If I'm honest, auto parts, you can get them here. Everything else, just go up the street to Advanced Auto Parts. I promise it will be faster, easier, helpful, and overall a better experience.
Don't shop here. You will get wrong parts especially from the big fat guy that works there. He will tell you to buy the wrong parts or give you the wrong parts. He doesn't know what he is doing or purposely giving you wrong parts. This has happened to me more than once by the same guy. Others I talk to have had this happened to them too. Keep your receipt because they will not refund you without your receipt.
The guys at the counter Saturday night were helpful and polite. Both employees made me feel welcome. New to town but will be shopping here from now on.
I'm writing this review regarding Jeremy Dahl and Brad Miller! I have been having issues with me heat in my car for almost two years now and Jeremy was telling me q story about how his truck had a similar problem years ago and brought up how some vehicles have a Cabin Air filter! At first I thought he was joking when Brad showed me Video that it actually was a real thing and where it was located on my vehicle, well low and behold that was the exact problem with my car the filter was so plugged!! I was amazed!! Thank you guys for being awesome and pointing this out too me I now have heat in my car and it's better than it's ever been!!
This review is because of Zach at O'Reilly's. I was having car difficulties and he went above and beyond to help me get the part I needed. He was super understanding and compassionate about my situation and my limited car knowledge. I really appreciated his help and wanted to share my positive experience because of it.
Disappointed in these guys. Needed a new headlight and gave them the exact make and model of my vehicle and just trusted they gave me the right lights. Ended up being the wrong ones and they wouldn’t take them back or do an even exchange. The guy said he couldn’t look up the receipt on the card I paid with. Not friendly at all and not willing to help me. I will just go down the street next time I need something.
I go to O'Reillys all the time. Parts availability seems to be a step above the other local competitors. The other thing that sticks out there for me is that they dont harass you by trying to help you right when you walk in the door. I usually know what I want when I arrive and will ask if I need help. Prices are the same or similar at all of my locals.
My car broke down in Menominee on my way back to the Kenosha area from Minneapolis and I needed a new alternator ... Noah and Kevin at O’Reilly’s were super awesome and very friendly! I truly appreciate how helpful they were! The alternator was perfect and now my car is working great! Yay! Thanks, guys!
The people who work here are wonderful! They color matched my Honda’s paint so I could spray paint the new bumper and quarter panel so it looked new again! Wonderful customer service and while I waited for the paint they helped several other customers and they definitely knew what they where talking about. Well worth the drive from New Richmond to get the exact color match to make my Honda look new again! Thank you for the wonderful customer service. I’ll definitely be back!!
Always have very polite staff. The times I have had to make a trip into the store they have been very helpful to get me what's needed and quickly. Always able to help answer any questions no matter how small they may seem. Will happily continue to use their services when needed!
Generally have been satisfied with the products and service at this store, but I went in to buy a battery and their prices were much higher than their competition. Other than that, the service was good and it was a clean and well stocked store. Very convenient to I94 in Menomonie.
Where I go for everything, much better than most auto parts chain stores I've dealt with including other O'Reilly stores, the employees are pretty well educated around cars unlike most other places. People complain about the markup compared to online, but in most cases the parts are from higher quality brands and it is just the price you pay when you need something now instead of in a week. The employees in my opinion are underpaid for their job and make a small commission so I do not mind a markup to help them out. The store is a bit small and can be congested as well as not much room to park when it is busy, but that is not the staffing or management's fault. Would rate the service 5 star for an automotive chain store. Rating 4 stars only because of the congestion problem.
Good reliable local branch of an Auto Parts chain. I've always been happy with their service and products. They also do machine shop work (break drums and rotors, etc.)
