Was quoted 60 for a jump . Ended up paying 174. Women was very rude on the phone. She even admitted she made a mistake. Didn't even get some of the money back. Do not use this service. They are thieves.
Didn't take long at all to get the repair done the mechanic is very nice and very professional and I assure appreciated him coming out fixing my rig on a Sunday evening 🌟💯‼️👍🏽😃
If I could give these guys 100 stars I would, they literally were so nice and kind and hauled my tesla to the charger when I ran out of charge. So knowledgeable, I really appreciate their professionalism and for them going above and beyond.
Wow, I hit a deer, and it had to be towed at like midnight on Friday into sat and I had 4 days and called to get my car towed home and the bill was $1603 and so I called alot of tow places and they said no more then $400 in eau claire and Menomonie
We were happy with the expertise of Jerry's Towing after an accident with our RV. A special shot out to Collin who went above and beyond helping us to rescue our cat who was hiding in the RV.

INSANE prices for towing. Don’t call you when your car has been towed to pick up, then charge you for impound storage for 48 hours even though it was only 24 hours. 0/10 would never recommend

I'm really happy with the service I received. My car broke down while I was out and I was worried about the costs but the service they provide is affordable. The tow operator, Tom Grasley, was really kind and helpful the entire time and overall I had a really positive experience.
A very rude person answered the phone and said he didn't have anyone in the area. To Jumpstart a semi. I was at the Menomonie QT. It's right down the road. I do not recommend; why do business with rude people?
These guys are amazing!! I had a tire blow out on my camper and they came right away and got me off of the side of the freeway. They showed real concern for our safety and were great to work with!!
I called Jerry's because of a car issue I had that left me stranded on the interstate in 0 degree weather. I was a bit surprised at how much it cost to have the car towed for one mile just to get it off of the interstate. Having a vehicle towed is bad no matter how one sees it, but to have it towed one mile and cost so much. Either way, I'm safe and my vehicle is off of the interstate. I would like to say thank you to Jerry's and the driver for helping me out. My situation could have been way worse than it was.
Was quoted nearly $300 for a tow earlier today... and this was in the same town, needed to be pulled about 5 feet (stuck in the snow).
Needless to say, the conversation lasted all of 30 seconds. Exhaust other options before calling here.
Very friendly! Willing to work with us! All around great service. Unlike Chad's towing who wouldn't let me get my kids Christmas gifts because I was unable to scrounge up a couple hundred dollars to get my vehicle out.
Had in issue where my van wouldn't shift out of park. Used roadside assistance and they sent Jerry's Towing.
Their driver, Tom (Tom and Jerry, LOL), showed up earlier than expected time and, low and behold, van shifted suddenly, no problem!
Although I didn't end up using service for towing, Tom was very personable and professional.

Jerry's has great large scale modern equipment and great employees. They are great if you need service or towing for a large truck or other equipment. The problem with Jerry's is they are not affordable for the average person to have their personal vehicle towed. In fact it will cost you more than 3x the other local completions price to have your car towed. The state patrol uses Jerry's which is unfortunate when it is usually a person's vehicle that has broke down on the interstate, which is bad enough without having to pay a huge tow bill for an easy local tow.
Very amazing job gave me a tow and Ryan the driver was really good and knew his stuff. Definitely will be only giving them a call. Ryan great job, with a great personality, and how he handles the situation and. My dog loved playing with him.
My Yukon wouldn't start and I had to have it towed home to knapp. The driver was very quick and friendly. This is the first time I have ever had to call for a tow truck.
