Very helpful with a return starter that I bought from another napa. I had to change out the starter In there parking lot and didn't have the tools needed. It took some digging, but they let me use some of there tools so I could fix it. Thank you so much.

Always a positive experience. Can't help on return policy because they always give me the correct item, unlike some competitors. Not always the cheapest, but also not the most expensive.

Helpful staff, they often do not have the specific parts for my vehicle on hand but they can get it from the cities in a day.

Way is it outher auto parts pay you more for you more on old battery not paying $5 to pay $10 why you guys only5

Ordered a part over the phone the day before. They said it would be ready. Took an hour for them to get the parts straightened out. Same old experience at Napa.

Didn't have what I needed. Only as knowledgeable as the computers database. Wrong listing for my part.

Had to pick up break pads and rotors for the car. Place is clean and staff are friendly
