Was recommended to Precision Auto for body repair due to striking a deer in November. Inspection and quote was very thorough and the total cost for repairs were great, the turn around time was above expectations. The vehicle was taken care of and the body work that was completed looks awesome! Got my vehicle back on the road and looking fantastic. They even cleaned the interior and exterior of the vehicle, which was definitely noticed and greatly appreciated. I definitely recommend Precision Auto to anyone looking for repairs or body work to their vehicle! Very professional business that takes pride in their work.
Very quick turn around and exceptionally high-quality work. Precision has made several repairs for me over the years and has become my go-to shop. Every experience has been top notch and I recommend them highly.
Ron is not only unable to give you a correct diagnosis, he refuses to give you your money back for that incorrect diagnoses. My car died on the side of the road and I had it towed there. It’s an older car and the gas gauge said a little under a half tank. He asked me what my recent repairs were on the car and I told him a new fuel pump a couple of months back. He told me he would call me back within a couple of hours. I had to call him back for the diagnoses because he didn’t get back to me. When I called him back he said it was the fuel pump. I asked if he was sure because as I told him I just had that replaced. He said well, it must be bad because it’s definitely the fuel pump, but is probably under warranty. So now I have to have my car towed to the place I had the fuel pump replaced because he told me it was a bad part. Within an hour of that place having my car they contacted me and said I hate to tell you this but you were out of gas.
What kind of mechanic confuses a car that’s out of gas (and the gauge is off) for one needing a new fuel pump? Especially when I told him it had just been replaced. What kind of “testing” did I pay for to determine I needed a new fuel pump? I asked for a refund for that fee because on top of that fee I also had to pay out of pocket for the tow. He flat out refused and said, “you would have given me $50 to put gas in your car anyway.”Really? Yes Ron, I would have gladly given you $50 to fill my gas tank and saved myself the price of a tow! My advice would be to stay away from Precision Auto. Can you really trust a mechanic that can’t diagnose a car that is out of gas and would have charged me for a new fuel pump?? Or one that can’t admit he made a mistake and gladly refund you the diagnostic fee?
Nice people, honest, very good work, not only mechanically but with body repairs. I would recommend Precision for auto body repair or mechanical, or tires. Very well pleased with my recent service there.
First time coming to Precision Auto for an estimate on body work. I worked with Jeff. He is very knowledgeable, personable, professional, efficient and not in any way pushy. The estimate I received was very reasonable, and based on a number of things, including how long they've been in business, I will have Precision Auto do this body work. I would also recommend them for body work or mechanical work. Super nice people, and honest, which I value highly! I'm really glad that to have found them.
I took my Mustang there twice for deer collision, Jeff and his crew did a GREAT job with my car, added bonus was a interior detail...class act..when i hit my 3rd deer, i will definitely take there again.
Got my car back after body repair was done and my car was scratched on both rear doors. Talked to the owner Jeff about it before I left his shop and he laughed about it and said “I can’t help you it’s not my problem”. Told me those scratches were already there. Terrible customer service! I’ll never recommend anyone to go to this place ever!
