They closed at 9pm I got there at 915pm and they still got me the part I needed and they were super nice about it

I am so impressed and highly recommend O’Reilly auto parts and their fantastic employees (Wes and Chico). They were so knowledgeable and so helpful with every aspect, and the store had the exact battery for my truck. They installed the battery and got me on my way very quickly. I will definitely be going back for all of my automotive business.

I'd give it a 5 star rating, but George act like you care, man. I stood there for 7 minutes right in front of you, nothing turned away, and walked down an aisle. Well, we know George isn't going to win the customer service award this year. Great place definitely will be back, I wanna see you smile next time George..

Brought in a battery to have tested. They tested it and said it had a bad cell. It was a battery from 1/22 so it was covered under warranty. I came back in as soon as I was available and they said they sent my battery to the warehouse already since I didn't come back that day, which they never told me I had to do. I was busy and could not come back that day. They told me without the battery they can't warranty my battery, even though they already tested it and knew it was bad... They gave me a petty discount but that was the worst excuse I've ever heard. I will no longer be buying auto parts from O'Reilly's if they can't run a proper business, keep customer records or do right by their wrongs.

O'Reilly provides great customer service and doesn't treat you like an idiot.... keep up the great service here, ladies and gents! :)

I needed a battery for my car , The clerk was Fabulous in helping me out and putting the battery in.

Great, they are who I go to when I need stuff for my car that I can't find online, or I need that day. They seem to always have good availability on parts and the staff is always helpful without being in your face and pushy

My go to store most of the guys are very helpful except one guy. If you shop here frequently then you probably know who I'm talking about. This one person always seems to give me the wrong part and or doesn't have a clue what I'm talking about. 99% of the other workers know there stuff.

Under new management and the customer service is much better, no more aditude and just inhospitable experiences to get parts. Your usually already stressed having a broken vehicle, and now having good customer service makes the visit to the auto parts store much more bearable and friendly.

This store is great it is very clean, the people are very friendly and helpful. They will go out of their way to get you what you need.

Knowledge lacking in auto problems. Very familiar with OReilly procedure. Not impressed. I'll stick to other auto stores

This store is nice because it is open a lot more hours than the other parts stores in town. Price is always competitive but if you do not shop around sometimes you will get way over charged here depending on the part. The staff are always willing to help as best they can but they do not seem quite as knowledgeable as the staff at other stores in town. Ultimately it is the hours that sets this store apart from the others.

The manager, Tim, made a point to take care of me on an issue that wasn't really his to deal with (it was the manufacturer's). He took the initiative - and I appreciate it!
