Great service,awesome people.went above and beyond to help me out.Picked up vehicle quickly and even took the good tires off the rims for me.Ive used there services before and they have been consistent. I would highly recommend these guys if you need your vehicle picked up.
Nothing but great things to say. They picked up a car from my driveway, they made it super easy so I didn't even have to leave work. I would highly recommend them to anyone, and will definitely go through them again if need be.
Rude old guy. Very unfriendly and acted like he was doing us a favor. No- one around so called the phone number and he says why didn’t you just come to the office. Office unmarked and not obvious to go there. Whole yard a sheet of ice, very dangerous to walk around. Money for scrap was reasonable though. He needs to sell the business to someone who wants repeat customers.
Dude is terrible!! Was service manager at couple places in Beaver Dam that had dumpster for recycling materials from La Grange. Would have to call multiple X's to get picked up. When he did decide to send someone, the equipment should of been left in and on the scrap pile! One time they came and picked up our srap iron and never brought us an empty dumpster! Again had to call multiple X's for an empty
DO NOT RECOMMEND. I’ll skip to the point. The guy waved me in dismissal as tho I was inconveniencing him by simply trying to be a customer. Very unprofessional.
Was offered low price on vehicle when I was offered $50 more from a company farther away and when I said I will give my business to them he slammed the phone and hung up!!!
I recommend everyone to come to this salvage yard over wallys. Great staff who come and help me everytime i come there. Very respectful people and they always paid me more than fair prices for my metal.
Only gave one star cause I was required to rate in order to write a post. Worst experience ever with trying to scrap vehicles. Their driver showed up an hour early, (after not showing up the first two times that we had something set up with them) then got an attitude that they weren't ready, took off spraying gravel everywhere. When we called the office to let them know what happened, the guy there also gave us attitude and hung up on us . Wouldn't recommend then to anyone...
The young man working by the scale was absolutely a pleasure to deal with.

The gentleman who was inside after our second load was pleasant.
Over all it was a good experience.
They were very easy to work with. We were scrapping a car and had never done so. I called and he gave me a price over the phone. Based on other places I called La Grange had the best price. When we arrived the owner came over and helped us get the plates off and then we went in the office and he immediately wrote us a check. Very easy to do business with. Thanks! Misty Snyder
My husband is a master plumber and very familiar with copper recycling. Great price and so helpful from the phone call made before we arrived to unloading the copper for us. Highly recommend! We are spreading the good word about this company. Thank you.
Did not have a good experience took some metal in to recycle and I did not get what I should of I know how many pounds I had before I left as I scaled it before I went and they were way of I'll go to Wallys from now on
Worst place to get $ for scrap!!!! Lost $100 going to them. If I would have went to alter metal in waupun, I would of been paid accordingly. Do not scrap at this place!!
the worst customer service I think i have ever experienced!! the fact i am even writing this review says a lot considering i have never felt the need to... but hanging up on someone is not good business practice.. no reason a business should ever be disrespectful or rude to a customer or another business.
