Robert was great to deal with and a man of his word! I bought a reefer trailer from him sight unseen. When I called he spent the time to go over every detail and make sure this was what we wanted. Once I said we'll take it, he held it for me until we got there to pick it up a week later. He had other people offering more money in that time period but he held to his word. The trailer was in excellent shape and everything was exactly as he had said it would be.

Super nervous about buying a truck unseen that far from home base, but after talking to and dealing with Robert I felt he was very trust worthy and he followed through with his word. Although he was super busy we received the truck in the condition he claimed it was.
Great to know trustworthy and loyal people still exist in todays day of age. We would recommend to anyone and buy another truck in the future.

Just bought a clean glider kit from Robert. The entire transaction was wonderful, including transportation to our home 1000 miles away in Maryland. I had been searching for a long wheelbase heavy duty tri-axle with specific specs for over a year. I came across a very worthy truck that Robert had listed on truck paper. I called him to discuss and he had told me that it was just listed or sale. He explained the complete condition of the truck and the history. I had never purchased a truck site unseen before which was nerve racking. However, I had comfort with Robert and did not want to miss this opportunity. I sent him a $10k deposit check to hold the truck. Robert had the opportunity to sell the truck out from under me. He explained that I was the first to call and give a deposit and therefore would not change his mind. The truck was listed having a 20k pound front axle but when further investigated was found to only be a 12k. Robert had the front axle swapped out to a 20k front at no additional cost. He said that he listed it that way and would insure that it would be that. In addition to this he made sure that all was perfect on the truck before allowing it to leave his possession. During this process I sent Robert the final check for a total purchase of almost 90K (still sight unseen). Robert would always answer the phone if I called and update me on the progress, this continued to give me comfort (which was needed given I had yet to see the truck or even meet Robert in person). When the truck was ready Robert setup the shipping to NH and took care of all the details. All I had to do is provide a check to the hauler when the truck arrived. Seeing the truck in person it was everything that Robert said it was. We are beyond pleased with the truck. This proves that there are still honest and trustworthy people in this world. I would highly recommend working with Robert and the Integrity Team. He takes pride in what he does. I would buy another truck from Robert any day. I will always refer him and reach out when in the need for another truck.

Finding honesty in the used vehicle business is almost impossible. When you meet Robert you will have found honesty. I called him Monday morning about a truck he had advertised to get more information. I was impressed with what I heard and text him that afternoon asking him to hold it for me until I could verify funding. He agreed by text and we spoke more the next day. He asked that I was sure I wanted it because his partner had also spoken to someone the previous day and made arrangements for that person to drive in and look at it that day. They compared times and found that he had agreed to hold the truck for me before his partner spoke with the other person so the truck would be held for me if I still wanted it. The rest of the process moved quickly and thanks to my creditor and his team, I was on my way to Wisconsin Friday evening to drive the truck back to Pa. I have a friend who is a truck mechanic and is meticulous when going over a truck. He can ALWAYS find something wrong. We went over the truck together when I returned to Pa Sunday morning. He looked for known issues with this truck model and engine and everything had already been replaced with the updated components. He could not find anything wrong other than a few wires that needed to be secured with a zip tie. There was an engine sensor that started causing the computer to throw a check engine light within a few days. To his word, Robert sent a check to reimburse me for the cost.
I would purchase another vehicle from Robert without hesitation. He is a man of his word. He will tell you everything that is right about a vehicle and more importantly, everything that he knows is wrong. A picture of the truck in its new working environment is attached.
I saw an ad on google for the exact scissor truck I've been looking for. I called Robert about the truck and he gave me the run down on the truck. Lots of potential buyers were interested that had cash, but Robert kept his word and held the truck for me. I also kept my word with him and sent him a deposit. My loan process took about a week and a half and Robert helped me every step of the way. I've never bought a truck site unseen, so I was a little hesitant about the whole purchase. After the financing went through, Robert set up shipping for an outstanding price. 5 days later our truck was at our shop in Forest Grove, OR. The truck was exactly what he said it was.
