I want to the store and got some oil for my truck. I then went and tried to put it in, and couldn’t reach. I went back in and asked the guys, Derek and Brandon for help and they both came out and Derek got it, and helped me with no problem!
We got the best customer service from Derek and staff/management while vacationing in the area and ran into a needed repair. Went above and beyond to assist with not only the necessary supplies but the repair as well. THANK YOU!!
Sales associate was knowledgeable, polite, understood my needs and was helpful, installing the wipers on my mother's Taurus. LOL I truly appreciated it as the last time I installed wipers, they had little metal clips on the end. 😉
The employees at this store are awesome they know exactly what u need even when you don't. The manager on the other hand is very rude, disrespectful and a bully. He bully's his employees and talks to them like there nobody. No one wants to be bullied. Corporate needs to look into management better. You should be ashamed.
The young male staff need to learn manners. Please do NOT talk down to women like they don't know what they are talking about and NEVER tell customers you (staff) don't know the answer as it is your job to find it. Also please don't show that you are racist while waiting on a different race of people as NOT all are illegal and have own businesses.
Very friendly attentive staff and wonderful service.
Decent and quick stop along the way in need of wiper blades. Purchased and returned due to one blade not hitting windshield very well. Upgraded to more of a weighted arm and seems to have fixed the issue. Staff helped put them on too.
Mostly clean and well stocked store.
Would recommend to others as well as will return as needed.
