Keys got locked in the car while it was running and 20 below outside. Brandon was there in 20 minutes and had that bad boy unlocked within 5 minutes. Saved the day. Highly recommended.
Called for a tow on a rollover on the freeway. Could have been over $1,000 but they were very understanding on the extent of what I had been through and gave me a much needed very generous discount. Towed the vehicle right to my home. These guys were great.
Hit a deer on Highway 53 near New Auburn. Called Hotshot and they were on scene very fast. Dropped me off at a convenient location, very helpful. Would call them again without hesitation!
Actually charged me $500 to tow the vehicle 10 whole miles! Not sure that I'd ever call him again as it took more than a week to get the vehicle moved...
And that the total bill came out to > $900 with the first tow being only 385. You forgot to mention that, as well as that the tow was still only about 10 miles & that you really didn't have to do a whole lot more. And it was YOU that said it would be a couple of days because you were out of the area, not greater than a week...
I was put in a tough spot with travel. A phone call was placed to the owner of hot shot and this guy was beyond accommodating. If it wasn't for this company the trip (once in a lifetime trip) would definitely need to be canceled. I've had the opportunity to work with towing services in the past and Hot Shot is by far the BEST solution to the emergent situation. Personable and knowledgeable. He made a really bad situation manageable through his down to earth personality. I can not say enough about my experience with this company, all I can say is if you are in the area and need help, this is the place to go.
We blew a tire on a busy highway with our kids in the truck, and our tow truck driver was so kind and professional. He made sure we felt safe and taken care of during a stressful time. We’re so grateful for his help!
I got into a car accident in New Auburn and Hot Shot Towing came to pick up my car. My car was totaled so they helped me clean out the items in my car, take the plates off and even helped take the car seats out of the car. Once my car was back at there lot, they drove me to the car rental for free so I could pick up a rental and head home. I was more than 4 hours away from home so the help was greatly appreciated! I would highly recommend them!
Best possible towing experience I could’ve gotten. Hit a deer on the interstate near New Auburn about 20 miles away from my house. Hot Shot came very quickly and provided a great service, gave me a ride home for free, and were extremely pleasant to work with/helped me out a lot. Would highly recommend using their towing service if you are in the area. Great people.
The owner was extremely generous, courteous and professional. I was prompt in relaying information between myself and law enforcement , let me retrieve the wallet out of my truck and cut me break on the upfront payment needed to retrieve my vehicle.
I couldn't have asked to be treated any better and am extremely appreciative and grateful for his services and working with me through this tough time.

Went deep in a snowy ditch one slippery morning. Hot shot towing was there as soon as they could be and pulled me out, great service, friendly, and a reasonable price.
We were traveling from MN to WI Dells for a long overdue vacation. Driving south on 53, we crossed paths unfortunately with a black bear and I hit it. After a long infuriating conversation with rental car company, Brandon showed up from Hot Hot Towing. His #1 priority was getting us off the Highway to safety (unlike the rental car companies priority). Soon Kevin showed up, helped us transfer our luggage and drove us to their shop. After finalizing some stuff, Brandon then drove us 35 min to Eau Claire to pick up another rental. He waited till we were set and left. The amount of time and compassion they both spent with us was so nice and made a stressful and scary situation much more manageable.

Wonderful service with Hot Shot Towing! I have really bad luck; and they are always just a phone call away to pick up a car, etc. easy to deal with as well! Wouldn’t use anyone else.
Great service helped me out when I had a wreck. Picked up truck right away and delivered it to body shop the same day. Brandon is professional and trustworthy. Great little company and the only one I will call for help.
