Unprofessional and rude. I stopped in to get a quote for catalytic converters and an older gentleman took about 3 minutes to get me pricing on them. I had a junk car on the trailer as well which he stated they would take as well. I politely proceeded to tell him I would take my catalytic converters and car somewhere else that im offered a significant higher amount. He then told me that he talked to the competing scrap yard that morning and they told him that they dropped their prices $50 a ton that morning and that I was wasting his time very rudely. I then walked out to the parking lot and called the competing scrap yard which said that was in fact a straight lie about dropping their prices. Everyone else was very kind besides the older gentleman who was overall very rude and will lie straight to your face to make a dollar.
