My car had a misfortune and they were called by the police department to come get the vehicle...my husband and I were going to use ouR own dolly but couldn't in the state it was in they allowed my husband to fix it so we could get it back home and also helped my husband push the vehicle out of the fenced area and on the dolly.....thank you for everything I do not know any tow company that would go above and beyond like that!
My car needed a tow. A "Justin" showed up within minutes of me calling the company and towed my car home. The price was right and I will call him again if need be! R.A.
Ran out of gas and had to get the car towed, these fine men charged $211 for a day call from the pd to go 5 miles down the road. Good place for high outrageous prices. Would not recommend running out of gas or getting caught around their area needing assistance.
The BEST tow company in Green Bay. Always go above and beyond for the customer and always do an excellent job. Fast, professional, and pricing that can't be beat. All the drivers are well trained and do an excellent job, would never hesitate to call them.
Tanner is a life saver. Not only did he spend 30 min trying to trouble shoot why my car wouldn’t start in the cold but, also got my to and from the shop down the road from my house. Highly recommended, awesome guy.
I’m not positive if it is common practice or if the driver may have been in a hurry after towing my vehicle for an overnight stay at your lot, but for future reference with any customer regardless of the situation please close the windows after moving the vehicle, take the keys out of the ignition and into your office, and lock the doors if possible. I understand having signs posted you are not responsible for theft/damage to vehicle/contents, but for added peace of mind and continued integrity going forward as a courtesy please try to keep that in mind.
Our experience with detail towing exceeded our expectations. The driver arrived on time. Provided us with specific pricing and was very professional. He knew exactly where we needed our vehicle towed and met us at the site. While we hope not to have to use their services in the future, I would not hesitate to contact them if needed.

Detail towing helped me out of a very difficult situation. I was in Green Bay for a funeral when one of our vehicles blew a tire on the freeway. Car died completely the way home from getting my fiance from work....at 11pm on a Friday night. They were super friendly, arrived within 20 minutes, and they towed us home for a very good price! We had no funds to tip the gentleman, but he was our savior tonight and deserves a bonus. We will definitely use this company again.
What a friendly company. My car needed to be taken into a shop from my home. They gave me an estimated time of 1-2 hours and they were here within 30 minutes. The driver was exceptionally polite and made sure everything was good to go. He double checked, heck even triple checked his work and had my car out of the driveway in no more then 10 minutes. You guys are a real life saver and I appreciate it so much!

I had an emergency situation on Saturday in which I needed to attend a funeral. But needed my car repaired for work.Im aa home health Aide I travel daily. They were able to tow my vehicle to a garage in an hour to be reapired.. have me back on the road all within and hour and half. Great service and people. Thank you so much.
I don't even know where to begin this review. First off why we called:. Brakes locked up and sent our truck careening into a curb, smashed our rim to pieces. They were out in fifteen minutes, loaded up the truck and dropped us off at our home. Service was great and the owner was incredibly nice, 5/5 already. Five minutes later I get a text showing me a spare rim with tire. I ask how much he wants for it: nothing. He just tells me to come pick it up whenever, only problem is my only vehicle is now missing a tire. His response:. No problem, I'll come over and install it myself. If I could give this company a hundred stars it wouldn't be enough. That level of kindness and goodwill simply doesn't exist anymore.
Called Detail Towing for an unusual request. I needed to offload a 2300 lb swim spa off a tractor trailer low boy. Unfortunately, my load was on the upper deck of the trailer so there was little Detail could do with their equipment. However, the driver recommended a solution which ultimately worked! I was not charged for the Detail dispatch, which I appreciate, but felt bad about. I'll be sending the crew at Detail Towing lunch for their kindness. I highly recommend these guys. All day long.
Called Friday afternoon/ evening to get a tow, ended up scheduling for 10:00 am the next day which I wasn't thrilled about but the price was right so I didn't mind too much. Called around 9:00 to confirm our appointment and they told me they were in milwaukee on another call. Didn't bother to call me or anything. I've honestly never felt so disregarded.
Had my car towed twice by this service. Gentlemen was super kind and friendly both times. He even gave me recommendations for future auto service locations. Towing is reasonably priced.
In the case of any future occurrences... I will most definitely be a returning customer!
Great group of guys! Professionally ran! They do pickups for us on customers cars (usually all high end vehicles, old hot rods ETC) and they do a stellar job and make sure they take their time and treat these cars like as if it were their own!! Won't use any one else!
Incredible response time along with professional, knowledgeable,and courteous driver (Hank). Don't waste time calling AAA or the national towing services. Detail is faster, less expensive, and will provide you a receipt to submit to insurance. I'd use them again in a heartbeat.
We were on our way to the airport and got into a pretty serious accident. The company my insurance contacted were 45 minutes out still. Dan or Don I believe showed up in 5 minutes. He was very understanding. Gave us the best option to get the car back to the dealership 30 miles out of town. It was much appreciated going through the accident.
Called The Detail Shop because one of our vans broke down in a customer’s driveway. We have used them before on the recommendation of our mechanic. This time we were told by the guy who answered the phone that it was cold and he was sticking close to home. When asked if this was how he normally did business he told us that it wasn’t his problem and since he was the guy on call he could do whatever he wanted. Definitely not 24 hours. Will also make sure they are no longer recommended by our mechanic.
I was in a tight spot ... My car had coasted, dead, into a parking spot where it could not remain. I needed it towed asap, but I worked across town until 6:00PM. I researched online for my best options; there were closer choices, but I went with Detail Shop because of its user rating ... I Was Not Disappointed! I had told Ryan that I could be to the lot by 6:30 that night. I arrived at 6:20 and he already had my car loaded in a towing position, and was ready to follow me to my apt. We arrived, and as usual, the parking spots were tight and limited, but Ryan back his tow truck in, parking my car between two others, as well as I could have if it was running. Early, great service, and more affordable than I ever could have imagined. If you are in a tough spot, and need a tow ... Call Detail Shop. The reviews are legit, and you will not be disappointed!
