I bought a couple doors for a 2021 Jetta. The salesperson I dealt with was Dennis. I don’t normally write reviews but I must say Dennis was wonderful to deal with and the overall experience I cannot say enough good. There was a small issue however Dennis worked with me and got it resolved right away. 10/10 would do business with them again and would recommend to others.

This place is worse than a McDonald's drive-thru. Ordered a seat belt with them. They ordered the wrong one. I returned it. They charged me double and ordered the Apparently correct one. Wrong again, didn't return it fast enough for them, the bottom of the receipt says 20% potential restocking fee for returns. $200 seat belt junk that they ordered wrong twice and refuse to accept the return or any kind of other help. What a joke.

I am always treated very nice by Dennis, he gets me parts and isn't upset if I need to send them back. He even went above the other day for me during changing hands of the place I work for, so I could get the parts I needed.

Recently bought an engine through Bay Auto. I asked some questions through the website and someone emailed me back within an hour or two. I sent an email later after placing the order to ask when it would arrive, again Larry replied with a delivery date. The motor showed up on that date and was as described.

Terrible customer service. Said part would be in, in 2-3 days, it was actually 12 days. They never called to let me know the part was in, I had to reach out to find out. I called a total of 4 times, twice I've left messages and still, noone has called me back. Then, when I went to pick up part, I waited at the counter for 15 minutes because they couldnt find the part they said was in. Finally, I had to leave for another appointment. Do not recommend at all.

I ordered a part online. Customer service was very polite and direct. Shipping only took about three days. The part I was looking for was very specific and hard to find at a good price but Bay Auto was the cheapest when comparing to other companies. If I ever need another car part, this will be the first place I look.

I called about a specific engine and transmission for my car that I found on car-part.com. Staff was very rude answering my questions and started berating me when I asked if there was any discount for taking the engine and transmission from the same car. I'll happily take my 2k elsewhere.

Needed a replacement mirror for my chevy equinox but had some questions as I wasn't familiar with a few things. Spoke to Larry R and he was extremely helpful answering my questions. I placed the order and when I went to pick up the mirror it was ready as promised. Thanks for answering my questions and making this a lot easier than I expected.

My husband needed a side mirror replaced on his truck, Larry found us one and was having it shipped, when I didn't recieve it I called Larry, he was great! He checked into it and got back to me letting me know there was a computer problem on the other end, got me another one delivered promptly, great service, very friendly and knowledgeable, I will work with Larry again!!

Terrible customer service. The guy who answered phone was rude and said part would be ready for pick up. Never received a call. Called back and he had an even worse attitude. Week later and still no call. Will not be giving bay anymore of my business nor my customers. The part in question takes a few minutes to remove. I can understand being busy but the Terrible customer service multiple times is enough. People have bad days, but every time we call it's same thing, terrible service/attitude. And to never get part.

I paid for and purchased a bumper cover this past monday for the business I work for (auto repair shop). Was told bumper was off the car and ready to go, but because of the holidays they are behind and might have it delivered next week. (totally understandable) I called today and asked them if I could make the drive and come pick it up this evening after hours, they said no problem and they have an area where they usually leave it for pickup. Called a total of 2 different times today JUST to verify that it would be all setup/ready to go. Well fast forward to a 2 hour one way drive later, No bumper in the area specified to me. Or anywhere for that matter. Checked all throughout the business parking lot and side gates to see if it was in a different spot. Nothing.. HORRIBLE customer service, if your going to offer that option AND confirm it twice via phone call then at least do your damn job!!!

Frustrating company, told parts were ready for pickup (several days after purchasing) when they were not. Wasted an hour so far trying to pick up then tracking down what’s going on. Called to see what was going on then got transferred without notice and put in hold. No idea how else to register a complaint.

I would have put 0 stars but didn’t have the option to. The customer service was HORRIBLE. The man who answered the phone (he didn’t give me his name & hung up before I could ask for it) regarding parts had a VERY poor attitude. I called back, asked for a manager & was then questioned by whomever answered the phone about “what’s going on?”. I summarized what happened & was transferred to ‘an extension that didn’t exist’. I definitely won’t be bringing my business here.

Some new guy handled my order and when I went to go pick it up they had sold the tire to another client even though I paid for this couple days in advance. Maybe when y'all get orders you should have them organized and not have it first come first serve.

I had a very positive experience ordering parts from Bay Auto Parts. I run a shop in Harris, MN and had ordered a used grille for a 2018 Ford Escape for an insurance repair in our auto body shop. It turned out that I was not able to use this grille. I contacted Dennis more than 30 days after ordering the grille and he issued an RMA to return the grille with no restocking fee and no charge for shipping. I was very impressed with the ease with which I was able to complete the return. As it turns out Bay Auto Parts has a daily delivery route in our area. Dennis was such a pleasure to work with and the fact that they have daily delivery at no extra charge is a great benefit for us. Thank you Bay Auto Parts and Dennis for taking good care of us.

I have been ordering parts from them for last 10 years. They don't warranty there engines anymore and send you to a 3rd party that you have to jump through hoops to get a replacement engine. Spent $1655 for a used engine that's junk, 16 hr labor installing it and now have to deal with a warranty claim department to get a replacement engine. Called back and got a "have a good day". Not happy and will be dealing with other business's from now on.

BEWARE!!! All they do is lie to you! Told they tear down 20 cars a day. BULL!! Told to pay for part, ( then they take it off vehicle) hmmm thought the parts were already off. Can’t look at parts before you buy. Have parts listed online they don’t sell. BAD BUSINESS!!!!!!
