This was the best tow experience I've had. Tony arrived on site before his estimated time, he was courteous and quick to hook up. His truck was clean and his stories were funny.
Scheduled a tow through AAA at 7am and got an estimated pick up time of 8:13. 8:30 rolls around so we call Aaron’s and get no answer. At 8:38 the driver calls and says he will be there in about 20 minutes. 45 minutes later he shows up, has me pull my struggling truck out into the road, then proceeds to refuse to tow it because it has a utility bed even though another company has done it for AAA before with the same truck. Now I’m almost 3 hours late for work and my truck still needs towed. Thanks for nothing
Aaron’s towing was contracted through AAA to tow my vehicle to Ohio. The driver told me that they won’t have anyone available to go out of state. And wanted the car towed to their shop and for the insurance company to then assess the damages and give an estimate. And then for the insurance company to make arrangements to tow it out of state from their shop. I tried to explain to him that I already spoke with the insurance company and uploaded pictures to them to for an estimate. He was upset that it was my choice for the car to be repaired in the chosen body shop and for it to be towed there. He asked me to deal with it and another towing company and hung up the phone . I will never use their services again
I cannot say enough about Joseph W. with Aaron's Towing & Recovery! Our vehicle locked itself due to a safety feature that had suspected theft, with our four dogs inside!!! Thankfully, the air conditioning was on full blast, and we did not have to bust out the window. Joseph W. had seen our comment on the AAA request about our dogs being stuck, and he came as quickly as he could to save us. He was kind, professional, understanding, and clearly skilled at his profession. He had us back into our vehicle and to our pups in no time. I cannot thank this man enough for the compassion he showed my family! :)
Locked keys in truck hours from home while planning on getting lunch at BW3 in Parkersburg. They came within the AAA allotted time and once I met them at the truck it was less than two minutes, and I had my keys back with little to no interruption to my trip. Much appreciated
If I could give negative stars I would if u have Triple A don’t expect this towing company to provide assistance they are one useless towing company they are 1.6 miles away from me and triple A had to dispatch a towing company an hour away to tow my suv they need there Triple contract terminated hope they like negative feed backs Because I have a endless supply of email addresses
I used AAA membership for towing and this was the company that was used so I really wanted to come here and leave a review. I was really impressed with the service I got in the middle of the night to get my truck towed back home. I was updated throughout the whole process as to when a driver could come get me and how long it would be. I've heard AAA doesn't pay these tow companies not even close to what they deserve which is seriously a shame on AAA's part because tow companies like this one are the ones doing the hard work. I truly hope this company has many years of success and I recommend them to anyone who needs their service. You're not going to be disappointed.
Called AAA they said this company was coming to help us. We were stranded and this company claimed they were at our location and with us. This was a total LIE, they left us stranded and got paid by AAA for lying. Finally a WV curtsy showed to help.
The dispatcher was very rude. He disrespected me by insulting my intelligence, the most disrespectful person I've ever encountered!!! You would get no stars if I could give it!! I don't know or care what his problem is,but you better get someone to do this job or you will probably lose business. Absolutely terrible. Period.
Took a few minutes to get to me one time but another time he was right there, great customer service very quickly got the job done and very polite and efficient would recommend to anybody
Highly recommend! Came quickly to southside to help with a lockout. Let my son and I sit in his warm vehicle because it was so cold.

My car broke down as I was driving, and thankfully I was able to get into the turning lane safe and sound, which happened to be right in front of the shop I take my car to. My car completely shut off, in the freezing cold,, I’m only 2 minutes from my house. I guess you can call it a miracle Christmas, but as I’m trying to stressfully start my car, Aaron’s Towing Service happens to be pulling into the shop parking lot with another customer car in the back. I didn’t get the name of the driver, but I think his name is Hansford Conner, he was extremely helpful, professional, helped me at no cost, made sure I didn’t need a ride to my house, and made sure I wasn’t going to be cold sitting and waiting for my ride. Thank you so much to Aaron’s Towing!!!! They were my Christmas miracle this year. The driver definitely deserves a bonus, raise, etc…i will
Never forget this gentleman’s wonderful and patient service. Because I could have been in a freezing cold situation waiting much longer for help, in the middle of a turning lane, on the busiest weekend of the year! In my case, I give Aaron’s towing service 10 stars if I could for their amazing hard work and services. Guardian angels and Christmas miracles happen when you definitely least expect it! Highly recommend! I call him for all our towing needs and he always comes thru. He’s pretty reasonable on rates. His trucks are always clean and he always responds pretty quick when I contact him.
Aaron’s a great guy. He had a fast response time. Aaron also helped me to switch the loads over in the U-Haul truck. He was a really nice guy to kick it with for a half hour.
Incredibly unsafe drivers. Almost ran off the road by someone going at least 80mph on I-64 with one on the flatbed and one being pulled. Wouldn't trust this outfit unless you have bumper cars.
I called them because the ad said 24 hour service then was told it wouldn't be done until the next day in the afternoon, doesn't work for me because I'm going out of town that day early morning. Not recommended if you need an immediate tow.
Towed and stored vehicle until I could come to WV from SC to get it. Owner communicated well, kept vehicle safe, and even started vehicle regularly to keep in good working order. I highly recommend this company! Made the whole experience less stressful and seamless.
