The customer service I received here yesterday was awesome! I really appreciate the great service. I will definitely return here for my future automotive needs. The team working were great to deal with.

I'm sitting in the parking lot of Advanced Auto parts in Vienna WV in front of the door in the rain. I spent 20 minutes trying to get my truck started after spending to much money on stuff that I could have gotten cheaper at the Walmart next door, while the two employees smoked cigarettes and pretended that I didn't exist. Thanks for the help

Right at closing on a Sunday they took care of me with a great attitude.

Depends on who you get to help had some great ones and had some why was they ever hired ones.

Very helpful and quick to get my parts. Didn't have some but had them the next day which was great.

Walked right in and was able to get help immediately. The man that helped us was very nice and helpful. He even helped us find and replace a key battery on top of what we were already trying to find.

Advance Auto always treats me right. But need to fix online issues. If buy something online it cannot be exchanged so I basically lost my core on a starter because bought it online at a store out of town but it was a bad part so tried an exchange but couldn't so refund and had to buy another but didn't have a core...this is an issue that needs to be addressed. But still great to deal with.

I bought a part for my car and the guy at the desk told me it would fit. It wasn’t cheap and I don’t make a lot. Long story short and hours later trying to install said part it wouldn’t fit and the guy I spoke to on the phone laughed when I asked if I could return the part that they originally said would fit. Never going there again. I’m out money and still need the part and they won’t make it right.
