I called them and emailed them about a car I wanted to buy from them.. i let them know I was pre approved, I just needed a purchase agreement. They ignored me all morning.. I called and they said sorry we've been busy.. they had me fill out an application on their website for nothing. They sold the car in the afternoon. The most unprofessional people I've ever dealt with. I felt like I was bugging them. They didn't even bother to tell me the car was sold. Just never replied. I had to call AGAIN and ask if it sold.. the most unprofessional group of people I've dealt with.. take your business somewhere where it's valued. ? Office people suck at communicating. They have no business being around a business.
They have a salesman there that is very knowledgeable, easy-going and a great sense of humor. He was a blast. I will definitely be back, he makes buying a car fun.
Beware ladies and gentlemen. These people who work at this dealer are crooks and scammers. The owner, Shawn, and Nick does not do legit business. I drove down all the way from Pittsburgh pa to purchase a 2018 Dodge Durango RT. Test drove the vehicle and noticed the check engine light was on. I then let Shawn the guy who sold me the vehicle know of this. Nick then drove off with the vehicle to supposedly get a diagnostic to find out the issue. He then returns and says the reason for the check engine light being on was due to a code for the Blu-ray/Dvd player. I know right a load of you know what. Yet I took his word because they seem genuine to me and I had my family of 4 with me so I was ready to get back home with my wife and 2 young kids since we had been there all day. Before I drove off with the vehicle the front display screen started glitching and not working properly. Brian ordered me a new screen. No expedited shipping or anything. So I had a vehicle I just purchased and couldn’t listen to the radio or the system for almost 2 weeks until I received the screen and installed in myself. Since the check engine light was still on I took the vehicle to a dodge dealer to get a diagnosis. Comes back the vapor canister is bad on the vehicle, so it won’t pass state inspection and I was only getting 300 miles on a full tank of gas instead of the normal 420 miles I should of been averaging. It cost $95.00 to fill the vehicle up and with the bad vapor canister I wasn’t even getting all of my mileage out of the gas. The part alone is $420.00 that doesn’t include labor. I then reach out to Shawn/Brian to let them know the issue of why the check engine light was on. At first Shawn and Nick both lied and said they don’t recall me letting them know the check engine light was on. Brian then ordered me a used part for $75.00 from a junk yard off of a 2011 dodge durango. The dodge dealer and no other mechanic shop was willing to install a used part on the vehicle. I then found a shop that was willing to do the job for $545.00 but only installing a new vapor canister. I reach out to “Shawn” the guy who sold me the vehicle and he said he would talk to Nick and get it taken care of for me. Even though I had such a terrible experience purchasing my vehicle from these guys I still reached out to them to correct this to avoid writing a review. Unfortunately, they chose to continue to do shady business so now I’m warning the public. Shawn didn’t even have the decency to call me back with a response. I will attach my proof as well to validate my experience with all of these guys. Also make sure to double check your paperwork before signing anything. They will hit you with bogus documentation fees and charges. This dealership literally deserves 0 stars. They cannot be trusted.
This group sold a car to a young woman and it had major malfunctions. Problems arose immediately and they would not honor their service agreement- They worked on it but never corrected the existing problems and just gave it back to her still broken, undrivable and told her they were done with it. Won’t take her calls nor anyone else’s. They did her wrong
Definitely recommend coming here and seeing Robbie! He goes above and beyond to make his costumers happy! Great when working on pricing! Made sure the vehicle I was purchasing was in tip top shape and washed, waxed, and made sure gas was in the tank! He definitely made it a great car buying experience!

Brian is a heck of a good guy to help you get into a new to you ride. He did a lot of leg work for us so we could drive over and pick up our Jeep and we was gone in an hour or so.
Robbie took care of a warranty issue by remote as we live a good ride away. He paid for my parts and i paid my mechanic to put the thermostat housing on.

This is second time we have done business with them the first time bought a truck and the second sold a truck. They were upfront, helpful, Honest, thorough and Very fare on both accounts! Purchased my truck 6 weeks ago and am about to put another $3,000 into repairs to make it run. Already done tie rod ends, wheel bearings, and ball joints (how did it ever pass WV inspection at Glotfelty Tire before the sale) and now in need of a new transfer case. I did sign the “as is” document at the time of purchase, but almost $6,000 in repairs before I have my first payment due is ridiculous. Staff was courteous and accommodating to my dilemma in dealing with insurance settlement to make the purchase, but the actual condition of the truck was completely hidden/misrepresented. I would get independent mechanic to completely inspect any vehicle prior to buying from here. Very dissatisfied.
Purchased this vehicle in January. Told them about the brake warning light coming on every so often. Told me it would go out after a while. Deep down I knew it was BS. I let it go anyway. 2 months later when it warmed up I tried the AC. It wasn't cold at all. Called them and the person I spoke with said "there is nothing we are WILLING to do". Sad way to stand behind what they sell. Should have known they are not very professional when the owner was complaining to me about marriage counciling with his soon to be ex-wife. I'm a stranger to him. That was not professional at all.
Do not buy a car from this place. They sold me an overpriced car with 4 oil leaks and tried to pass it off as fine. It has multiple other problems that I am being forced to fix. This is placing me in a real spot considering I emptied my savings to buy the car. I repeat. Do not buy a car from this place.
Horrible! I sent it an application, it wouldn’t go through the website. I had to copy and paste it to Robbie. No response from him. They sold the car I wanted right out from underneath me because they couldn’t take the time to respond. I’ll never buy a car here! Horrible service, horrible response time!
I can't express enough how awesome this place is! Robbie is definitely a man of his word! He made sure this car was completely checked out, fixed, detailed and even put 4 new tires on it because our son is heading to college 15 hours away from us next month. We couldn't be more pleased with this purchase. Great car, great price, amazing customer service!! We will definitely be going there when we need another car or truck... and we will recommend them to everyone we know! Appreciate this car dealership a lot. They are honest and price their cars right. I was also impressed that they were there to help instead of pressuring a sale.
Sold us a car that was overpriced (a 2006 chrysler 300 c with 101,000 miles for $7,000). Right after we bought it from them they had to take it back to replace rear coil spring and didn't even fix the emergency brake. A year and 5 months after buying it the motor blowed and had to be replaced along with the engine cradle which was like swiss cheese. Vehicles at this lot are overpriced and some are in such poor condition that they shouldn't even be sold (would not even pass a state certified inspection). We traded in our 1997 dodge dakota that had a bad frame under it and instead of scrapping the truck the crook sold it to someone. The place should be closed by the better business bureau. They are crooked car dealer and I recommend shopping elsewhere (preferably the auto outlet on 119 north going toward morgantown because Ted and Mike are honest and don't sell people junk). They call themselves the auto junction but it really should be called auto JUNKtion!
I have been in many dealerships over the last few months an no one even tried to give me the service that they did. It was second to none. Everyone was very helpful and did a very good job with evaluating my trade and offering a fair value for it and trying to get me in the vehicle I wanted they did everything they could to get me the financing for it and was able to get me approved. I was unable to buy for my own personal reasons but highly recommend them and look forward to possibly doing business with them myself in the future
If you are considering buying a vehicle from this dealership and they write up an ‘I owe you’ form, make sure you get a copy because they will conveniently lose the one they have for you. My husband and I bought a vehicle from them a year ago and they owed us a new center console, that was replaced, but they also owed us a stitch job on the passenger seat. At first, the gentleman who sold us the car, Scott, put us in touch with someone but they said the stitch was too big for them to work on. A couple months go by and we were told another guy should get in touch with us about it, never heard anything after that. I finally called the dealership again about a month ago and they said they don’t do stitch jobs and that Scott had moved on to start his own dealership. I inquired about the form that had the things they owed us and they didn’t have anything on record. The airhead I spoke with, I believe it was Nick, who apparently happens to be the office manager, said he would look into it and call me back but I’m still waiting on a phone call. I will say this they have great customer service if you are trying to buy a car from them, but after the deal is said and done, you are treated like dirt. Scott was the only one with a sincere, professional attitude.

I bought a 2012 Ford Explorer Limited and I love it! The owner worked with me on my trade in even though i still owed money on it and I got a great deal! When I left with my new car, something went wrong with the Ford Sync system. I called the owner, Robbie, on my way back to Pittsburgh and he took care of everything. He had someone drive 2 hours to my house, pick up my car, leave me a reliable loaner and completely replaced the Sync system free of charge. He gave me his personal cell phone number and kept me up to date with the repairs and when it was finished, drove the car all the way back to Pittsburgh for me. Even though something went wrong with my new car, i had no doubt that Robbie would get everything taken care of for me. He treated me as if I was his most important customer and made sure that I was taken care of. The car works perfectly and I couldn't be happier. I recommend Auto Junction in Grafton WV to everyone looking for a quality car and great customer service. I will definitely be shopping here again when I'm ready to buy another vehicle even though its two hours from where I live because they treat every customer like they were family. I can't recommend them enough if you are in the market for a great used vehicle. Thank you, Robbie, as well as everyone else at Auto Junction for everything you did for me to make sure I was taken care of. I love the Explorer and can't wait to come back when my wife needs a new car. You guys are the best!!

Auto Junction is hands down the only dealership i will ever deal with again. They are not only great to deal with when buying a truck but they stand by you when any problems happen, and lets face it with used trucks sometimes things happen. They sold us a car that had problems when we looked at it and would've sold it as is if we hadn't said anything, then they said they would see why it was making a whining sound but didn't because not even a month after we bought it the rear end went out on it, thats what waa causing the whine and someone hit and totalled the Jeep, cannot trust them! Will not go back!
