Wow this store is great. Everyone is very nice. I had a problem with a return and mike the store manager and David parts manager sure got to the bottom of it and made sure I got my refund. I can not thank them enough for their time and help. It didn't matter how much time it took them they stayed with it until the problem was found. I won't do business anywhere else..
Not a bad store but the manager in the morning looked like he was maybe 18 to 20. He couldn't have knew much about cars to be running a place like that; even though I know the computer does most the work. With that said he was busy on the phone and looking for something in back. So I just used the computer the had on end and looked up what I needed. I don't know if it's allowed or not but it should be because I had the information I needed before he was done. I love AutoZone and will continue to get auto parts here.
Today I spent three hours in this AutoZone parking lot trying to figure out why my Explorer Sport Trac suddenly died. I just put in a new IACV and it worked fine the first time then suddenly didn’t want to start. I tried putting the old one back in and a bunch of other stuff. The employees here were very helpful and gave a bunch of ideas and things to try and one of the employees said that it could have been the inertia switch for the fuel pump. Never heard of that before but I was already late to work and needed to get this thing running. It’s a simple button you press under the passenger dash area and it ended up being that for some reason it “blew” and wouldn’t allow the fuel pump to turn on. Nothing needed replaced, as I just needed to press this button. My truck turned over instantly afterwards. Those guys are a lifesaver. Not my first time being there and every time they are super helpful. 10/10 will always go here.
Shane came out and showed me where my fuse box is and also helped me pick out the right fuses for my vehicle. On a day when it’s freezing, he never complained and was so very helpful. I can’t say enough good things about this store or Shane. Thank you again, Shane!
The staff was very helpful and got me the correct part for my classic car even though there was no listing on the computer. They went above and beyond to get my baby running again.
I was looking for wipers for my son's Subaru with a different adapter than normal. After shopping at two prior auto stores we stopped at AutoZone. Our salesman Andrew ( I think that was his name) was very helpful and very knowledgeable. He worked till he found the correct one for our car. More businesses need people like Andrew to represent them.
My only complaint is how far away the portablepotties are.
Yeah I understand why because just incase of the smell. But when you are sitting near the foot bridge and have to go it feels like you're walking back to town to get to the toilets.
So to update previous review. Rob H store manager is very helpful and took time to look up warranty and explain process between online and in store orders
Went over to get a new battery because the one I had was not holding charge. John looked up my information and noticed it was less than a year old. He simply swapped the battery under warranty and Saved me a ton of money. He could have simply charged me and kept going but instead he took the time to be very informative and helping.
Very knowledgeable and personable staff. Each encounter at this location has provided excellent customer service, valuable information, and accurate parts for our vehicles. Today's visit was a success with new battery and install! Thank you Sharon and team!
