FedEx driver here. Got stuck on Pleasure Valley. Completely covered in ice. The first tow truck I reach out to said they were on their way and called me back 2 hours later and said they couldn’t make it. The next tow truck driver flat out told me no. By this time I had been stuck for 3 hours. Thankfully All In Towing came within an hour after calling and heroically pulled me off the side of the road no problem. Can’t compliment them enough. Fast, courteous, and reliable. THANK YOU.

Called and they were out within a half hour, had the car on the flatbed withing 10 minutes, dropped me at the shop, and offered me a ride to the hotel. Friendly, fast, and CHEAP!
Second time using. Did not disappoint. Showed up quick even though he was in the middle of dinner with his family. Was able to get the car off the carrier without any extra damage. Took a lot of extra time to do so. He could have just let it roll off which would have resulted in thousands more in damages due to the passenger wheel falling off. Gave us a ride to our house, no questions asked. Took several hours in total and charged half of what I’ve been charged in the past for similar situations without including a ride to my house. Nobody else I’ll ever use in town. Thanks All In!
Huge help. Extremely fast service definitely the go to if ever in need of the help around the area was there and had the tire changed in under 45 minutes with a 40 minute drive.

My work van was stuck in the mud and I had no other option to get out. The owner said, " No problem I'll be there in 35 minutes" he showed up in 25 minutes and had me out in less then 5 minutes. If this happens again I know who I will be calling.

This company is absolutely amazing! We are from out of the state and not familiar with the area. We had to fight bad weather and the mountains on route 250 drained our charge on our electric vehicle. They towed us AND sent a vehicle to get all of us (5 people) to the nearest hotel and charging station (which was an hour and a half out.) They made us feel very comfortable in a bad situation. This father son duo is outstanding! They picked up my car at work after hours and took the time to look for a spare tire at the shop on the way. The next day his son came and fixed my flat and offered to put new all weather tires on for winter at a great price. Highly recommend All In Towing and Recovery if you appreciate great service! A few months ago, I broke down in the middle of nowhere on the interstate near Elkins, WV after 5pm on a Friday. I was extremely fortunate that no one answered my call except All In. As a single person in need of a decent amount of help, as I was traveling to SC, Elwood went above and beyond 1000%. He got to work on my truck first thing the next day and did everything in his power to help me get home. I am so grateful for his kindness and the fact that he did quick and great work - new transmission is wonderful :-)
I called this company at night in the pouring rain because I had locked myself out of my car 4 hours from home. The guy was so kind and professional. He got to the hotel in 5 minutes tops and had me back in my car in 2 minutes if that! The price was fair in my opinion , especially since it was night, raining and I was alone , four hours from home! I definitely recommend this company!

My family and I were traveling through Elkins, West Virginia in a rental car from National when we got a flat tire. There was no spare in the vehicle, no jack, nothing!!! It was after 5 PM and all of the tire shops were closed. I called All in Towing and Recovery at 5:37 PM. The owner met us and had the tire removed, repaired back at his shop, and replaced by 6:42 PM. Amazing! He truly saved the day and was a kind, awesome human being, as well!

So thankful to have used this towing company, my car broke down, the owner himself came out, Elwood tried to start my battery still had to tow my car he was so polite. I told him both my parents served in the military, he gave me a discount because he honors veterans. I will definitely use his company again!
