Became stranded with a flat tire, all alone. I called Advanced Auto and the man came out to help me he spent at least an hour and a half in the parking lot with me helping me figure out how to get the Rusty screw underneath my truck off and help me get the spare on saved my life thank you so much
Recently visited and made a purchase following what was a disappointing experience with a competitor close by. The knowledge and customer service is what you come to expect from a automotive parts giant like Advance. Unfortunately cannot say good things about the competitor, will go straight to Advance from now on.
Hannah & Wayne at the Beaver, WV location are amazing individuals who have gone above and beyond to help my dad and sister who were unfortunately stranded on the side of the highway. I am and will forever be grateful to this store.
They need to get their nut and bolt gauge replaced apparently. Sent wife down to get a replacement bolt and sent her with the bolt I needed replaced to get a replacement and a few spares. She returns with a 10x1.5 pitch and that was too coarse. Sent wife back with wrong bolts and she stated the gentleman was defensive and insisted he gave her the right bolt and that he tried it in their gauge and it worked fine. I instructed her before she left if he argued to just ask for your money back which she did and received a refund and we will shop elsewhere. After dinner I went down to Lowes myself this time and got a 10x1.25 and it threaded on like butter. Just so you know a finer thread bolt will give you the impression it will thread onto a coarse thread nut but feel a little loose if it's vice versa (our situation) it won't go 2 threads hence why I said they need their gauge replaced obviously.
Douglas was very professional and courteous when I went in about an issue with my battery. He was very knowledgeable and had a solution in no time! I appreciated his patient attitude and thorough explanation. It’s nice to have a place like Advanced Auto to go to for help that is staffed with such nice employees!
I go here quite frequently because I drive a heap of junk that requires almost constant maintenance. Their Speed Perks program saves me a considerable amount of money on all the stuff that keeps me rolling.
Brian and AJ really took amazing care of us. We were out of town and had some battery issues & truly helped us out! If I could give them a million stars I would!

The Men who I that works there they have been so good to help me anytime the last two years even when I was homeless living in my Jeep they helped amazing people
I enjoyed my visit there I had called before I went and they had what I needed waiting for me. The guys there are very nice and I will go there over again.

Called about a tube of seam sealer on January 1, 2022. They said they had one. I went down to get it. There was one person in the store & 4 employees but only one working with customers. As I waited until it was my turn another gentleman came in and waited behind me. The young man working the counter ask me if he could help me & I told him if called about seal sealer. He walked away pretending to search under the counter for the seam sealer but as soon as he got a few feet away he called the gentleman behind me and took care of him. Talk about a slap in my face! I waited several minutes but it became evident they were too busy. Advance is the closest auto parts business to my home & I’ve spent 10’s of thousands of dollars at their store but it’s going to be many years before I forget this. Good news: I found a tube of seam sealer at another store!
It was ok they did help me with everything I needed this trip Wayne was the supervisor today there is a very rud lady the is working in the evening so I would suggest going in the am if have anything that takes management to get done

I just Needed a Small coolant bypass Hose; which the gentlemen (Wayne Turtle) helped me manage and also suggested on the how to..
THE BEST PART WAS - after we fixed it and left Beaver for Interstate 64/77, while we crossed Beckley; the T on the coolant bypass broke off with us loosing all the coolant and WE were stuck (25+ miles from the store) on the Interstate; with nearly 17-18 miles of Traffic Jam and guess what..
THIS GENTLEMEN GOT OUR PART DELIVERED THERE @

The girl and guy were so rude. Thank goodness for the older gentleman and Chris. He gets 5 stars. But the other staff is wretched not helpful and rude.
My daughter was driving from florida backbto ohio and her car sprung a leak. All the local shops in Beaver West Virginia were closed but awesome guys and gals at that store found a mechanic that came to her and fixed the issue and had her moving down the road. Best part about it was the mechanic they found for her only charged her 20 dollars over the part she needed. Thank you guys
They helped me with the parts I needed. They had gave me the wrong part to begin with but returned it with no problem and they helped me as much as they could on getting the right part
All I have to say is.... What Awesome Amazing employees you have there!! Don't know who was working tonight 3/14/18! We are from Ohio and broke down. Can't thank them enough for their help and patients with what we needed!! Thank Yoy!!!
We we're driving through after a vacation and the staff worked for a half hour on our car to help us unfreeze our windshield fluid and drive safely! It was around 10 degrees outside and they went above and beyond. The ladies at this store provide exceptional customer service.
