Called and made plans for truck to be picked up it was in a business parking lot and needed removed that day or it would have been impounded he not only pulled a no show but he ignored all my calls and didn't even call back to atleast say I can't make it or I changed my mind, not a good way to run a business even gave benefit of the doubt called him again next morning and still no answer so I had to call doc office back and beg for one more day and get a different wrecker. If you can't run a business properly don't run one at all period these are people lives and there precious time......
Excellent service. Very nice guy and wants to help best he can. Also worth mentioning a high amount of confidence while towing. Certainly a plus knowing your hard worked for car is in good hands. Highly recommend
Amazing service Ron provides. He was early to pickup my car and was very fast about it. Extremely nice guy too. Highly recommend his company for any towing needs.
5 stars! Ron came to tow my mom's vehicle and was able to get it running (battery issue) and didn't charge for the trip. Super friendly and arrived exactly when he said he would.

On a trip from Ohio to South Carolina and didn't make it past West Virginia. Called 8 different places and got the run around, Ron is the only one that even offered to show up. Took my car to a shop and even dropped me off at a hotel. Appreciate it sir!
Zero stars!!! Made arrangents with Ron to tow my rv 12 miles 3 days in advance. And i quote " i know its not very professional but i took time off to spend time with kids" i totally understood especially being Easter weekend. We agreed for him to come Sunday Evening. I asked him do i need to call back and confirm and i quote " your not bothering at all and all i need is 1 hour notice" we agreed to talk on sunday. I waited to call him sunday at noon to respect his family time. He told me then that he would come just at the edge of dark. Which is approximately 830ish. And that he wouls call and confirm. By 830 i was anxious and and hadnt heard from him. So i called. He did not answer and mailbox full. Called 20 min later same thing. He then texted me saying he was sorry but he was in red house with wv state police towing a stolen uhaul and it would be late then expected and that he made 425 hour so hehad to take that job over me. Again i said i understood. He said bad reception thats why he texting. Said it would be a few hours which i said ok but reminded him that it was important to move my rv from location it was parked at. He began to. Give me run around. About times middle of night etc. Even though his hours state 24 hour business. I told him middle night fine but worst case first thing in morning be fine on Monday. He said he would call. I waited until 10 am to call and again no answer mailbox full. Hour later same. Then friend called from different number he answeredsaid hes no longer interested in towing my rv because i " bugged" sshe even begged. Monday around 1 my rv was inpounded with everything i own. Im from out of state and have 2 dogs and a sick wife. Ive never been treated so poorly by any business and because he charges much less then cocompetitor he picks and chooses when he wants. Even worse he lies , and says state police more important job ha and he was waitimg for dozer for few hours! So he milked the our tax paying money! Hmp. Naw prolly bercause i couldnt story in news about stolen uhaul . hes a liar. Im reporting him . the nerve of some people
My family and I were stuck on the side of the road with semi trucks flying by, we were down on the frame and needed ron to pick up the car to put a spare on. He saved my Lil family. He even did it without pay. I was in tears with my newborn.. Thank you Ron!!!!
Fortunately the fact that our insurances road side assistance program couldn’t find a tow company close worked in our favor. Stuck on 77 with a broken truck pulling a camper, Ron came out and squashed all the nonsense and got us out of there as fast as he could.
The insurance co wanted to handle the truck and camper as two different assistance claims…. Ron took care of it! Thanks so much.
If I could give more than five stars I would, this was our first time needing a towing service and we were in a different state with no one we knew around us. The owner Ron, was so helpful and even gave me a call back with more information. He definitely could tell we were newbies and wanted to make sure we were going to be okay, as we also had our nine month old with us!
