Frank Roberts was incredibly kind and helpful after I got in a bad car accident. After we dropped off my car at the auto body shop he took me to a Dunkin Donuts and offered to buy me coffee while I waited to be picked up by family. He genuinely cared about trying to make a bad day a little easier.
He really helped us out when our tire busted on the side of the highway in the snow! I would highly recommend this service to anyone. Very friendly and knowledgeable.

On Sunday, Feb 9, I locked myself out of my car as I happened to park behind a Roberts Towing service vehicle. He (the owner) realizing what happened to me, immediately jumped in to assist me and within a minute he unlocked my door. I tried to pay him but he refused, I guess because it took him next to nothing given his expertise and his grace. What a blessing he was. Thanks again and may God bless you and your business.
They did an amazing job! My Electric Car was dead in a snow storm and they were the only towing company that was available to help! They answered the phone quickly and were able to get someone out to me the fastest and they were very knowledgeable in how to get my car started again while also providing great service.
I have the most wonderful experience with Frank and his wife , they are excellent human being i had a friend broken down since Friday and i had called other road service which was very expensive and did not fix the problem . When I called Robert Towing he was very nice and provided us with excellent service not only that they took food and take it to the driver and next day they when to check if he was ok and also to give him a lot of snack and drink for him to take also they called the paramedics to check on the driver because he was there without food or water until god sent them to us. Highly recommend Roberts towing. Not only did he tow my vehicle in a timely manner, but he ensured that it was taken to a mechanic who can service it the next day. He got us into nice hotel near the mechanic also. Long story short, he went completely out of his way to take care of my family and I.
Didn't even want to have them a 1 star. I wanted Mike towing but the state trooper made me take this joke 9f a towing company. The following day I tried to get my stuff but couldn't because the tow truck driver decides to take my truck to his house instead of the impound lot like it was supposed to. The accident happen 2 mikes from the impound lot now why was my truck not at the impound lot when it was suppose to be.
They are the best at what they do, I recomend them to anybody even my family. They really take care of you and don't RIP you off. Great I appreciate all the help they gave me. They go above and beyond to make sure you have a better day. Thank you.
Nice guys drove 1hr for my Allstate Motor Club membership to pull my Miata out of the mud at Timberline Ski Resort. Thanks guys. You got me out of a big jam and back to enjoying my ski vacation. I'm back home now in Virginia Beach, and everything's fine. The Miata did well in the snow (with snow tires on it), but if you've got one, keep it on the asphalt and off the grass.
Found myself in need of a tow on a saturday afternoon and Roberts was quick to get out to me (about 45 min away) while offering great pricing! On top of that Robert found the problem in my vehicle and fixed it for me on site saving me a trip to the autoshop. Given my encounters with other towing companies I highly recommend this company.

Hes on call 24/7 and cares about his customers an is trustworthy. When I broke down at a stop light in kingwood he got my car fast and didnt have to worry about my car... :)
