I was locked out of my car all night. I called my insurance and found that I had roadside lock out coverage. They sent Mike’s Towing. A young man recently out of the army was dispatched to my location. This young man Kyle carried himself with an obvious demeanor. He was very polite and to say he was professional is an understatement. This man knew his job incredibly well. He had his paperwork completed inside of 1 minute and took around 30 seconds to get my door unlocked and open. The entire interaction (including him backing into the driveway) lasted no longer than 4-5 minutes. I highly recommend Mikes Towing! I called them to thank them again and let the company know how well Mr. Kyle represents them.. and the young lady on the phone was remarkably kind as well! Incredible staff. It was refreshing and comforting during a stressful time. If you’re in need of trier services.. you’ll not be disappointed. Oh.. my insurance covered everything. NICE
can’t say enough good things about Lee and the incredible job he did recovering my car. It was stuck deep in a ditch in a tough spot, and I honestly wasn’t sure how it was going to come out without causing damage. Lee showed up calm, professional, and clearly very experienced.
What really impressed me was how skillfully he used a snatch block to safely and efficiently pull the car out. Instead of just trying to brute-force it, he carefully assessed the angle, set up the rigging properly, and used the snatch block to control the pull with precision. You could tell he knew exactly what he was doing. The recovery was smooth, controlled, and done without any additional damage to my vehicle.
Beyond his technical skill, Lee was patient, explained what he was doing, and made a stressful situation a lot easier to handle. It’s rare to see that level of expertise and professionalism.

My SUV was literally hanging off the edge of an icy, narrow hill — pure ice, no traction, steep incline, and zero room for error. It was one of those “how did this even happen?” moments.
Kyle showed up calm, confident, and completely unfazed. He walked me through what he was going to do, took his time securing everything properly, and handled the recovery with absolute precision. Watching him work in those conditions was honestly impressive.
He turned what felt like a nightmare into a smooth, safe recovery. I’m so grateful for his professionalism and skill.

My technician sent by Geico was Jeremy from Mike’s Towing. He came earlier than the time I was given which was a plus. My experience with him was exceptional. He was nice and compassionate and made me feel at ease while getting my vehicle out the snow.
We had traveled to Morgantown my niece’s birthday party. We were on our way home near Fairmont when we hit a pothole and busted a very expensive tire (thanks crappy WV roads).
We tried to get a new tire locally and when that didn’t work out, Mike’s towing was recommended. We worked with our roadside assistance and Mike’s towing get us home to Charleston.
Not only did Mike’s get our car home, they got myself, my husband and our 2.5 year old son home safely. Billy, the driver, was very nice and professional.

Me and my fiancé were on our way down to Tennessee when we ended up hitting a pothole and got a flat- sat on the phone for hours with so many people up until they finally got us connected to Jeremy! My name's Paul Shad. I have never wrote a review before, until now. I felt it was absolutely necessary to inform anyone that is need of a tow to go with Mikes Towing.
My Mitsubishi endeavor was stuck in the middle of the road and it was towed by mikes. I drove 9 hours from Missouri on my way to Va. When it broke down on Hazelton road.
Mind you, I didn't know anyone at all, called the sheriff and was told mikes towing had my vehicle.
I spoke to a female which she said she was new at the job, but mine as well said she was very experienced.
She was very very informative and extremely helpful, calming my uneasiness knowing all my belongings where in that vehicle. She was able to pinpoint where my vehicle was, and even called the tow truck driver so he may be prepared to show me where my vehicle was in the lot.
As soon as I pulled up the tow driver was already there waiting on me! It's almost as tho he wanted me to have my vehicle back, rather than keep it. I was robbed days before and drove without id and couldn't find my title. He did everything he could to try to help me retrieve some form of id fully attentive to my situation. The gentleman even charged my phone so I could make phone calls to get copies of my id.
I unfortunately was not able to get my car out yet because of my own fault, but he tried everything possible even stood in the pouring rain for 30 minutes.
By far the most patient professional I ever met ( I'm sorry I don't know the drivers name). He explained every detail possible and even called his boss. He did everything imaginable to help me try to get my vehicle back to me, rather than other tow companies that try to keep your vehicle.
This was my first time ever being in this situation and he walked me thru everything I needed from the DMV to registration and what to bring in order to get my vehicle back. It felt as tho he was my own family exhausting every idea to help me.
I'm a 100 percent disabled combat vet, I've experienced a lot of different levels of experience professionalism and not very easily impressed.
I was beyond impressed with this tow drivers professionalism. Also when I came to my vehicle nothing was missing or touched,he guaranteed me no one will touch my vehicle.I completely believe him. I broke down 2 hours away home, and Mike’s Towing came in 20 minutes, had me loaded, at the dealership and offloaded in less than 30 minutes. Driver was efficient, and friendly. Highly recommend Mike’s Towing and the driver Kyle.
Heaven forbid you need a tow they will literally deny you. My insurance has been fighting for over an hour to get them to come out and they refuse, so now not only am I stranded at work but my husband and my child are stranded on the side of the road waiting to see if another company will handle this for us. I wouldn't rely on this company anymore than used toilet paper.
I can not sing the praises of Mikes Towing loud enough!! My daughter and her friend were coming home from WVU when her car broke down on 68. Daniel showed up quickly & got my daughter and her friend to safety until I could come pick them up. Not only that, but when I got to them I had picked up a screw in my tire somewhere. Daniel changed the tire for me and got us back on the road! He truly went above and beyond, not only for my daughter, but for me! The nicest guy and the BEST company. Can not recommend Mike’s enough! Breaking down is stressful, but the kindness and professionalism from Daniel took all of that away for us. Thank you, a million times over!!
Could not have asked for a better experience. They were super friendly on the phone. The driver called and updated me on his location and made me feel so much more at ease after my accident. They were so quick in getting there. Would recommend every time!
Got a 150 mile tow from these guys today! The customer service was great and they made sure my car made it home safely from out of state. The guy who did my tow was Chad he was super kind, got my car here in great time and even went the extra mile to park my car in my apartments super small parking lot! 10/10 would recommend and if I found myself needing a tow out that way again I would most definitely give them a call!
We needed a car towed 70 miles from our home and there were no towing companies that would help. Mike’s Towing drove from Masontown, WV to Jefferson, PA to pick up our vehicle.

My Kia needed towed to the dealer and would not budge. Would not take a charge after multiple tries. Would not go into Neutral. Was stuck halfway in the garage. We hit a huge pothole on our way back from Morgantown on Saturday April 19th and Mercedes got us hooked up with the most thoughtful tow truck driver we’ve ever met. He went above and beyond the normal duties expected. We are business owner ourselves and know the importance of customer service and Daniel has to be the best out there! He personally made it sure we made it home safe since the Mercedes dealership was closed and we couldn’t get another car to take us home to Deep Creek Lake. Thank you Mikes Towing for having Daniel take care of us! He made a world of difference in a not so great situation.
Our tire blew due to a large pothole on Rt 68. They said it would be 59 minutes. Daniel, the driver, called and said he would be there in 5 minutes. He was extremely cautious and careful, and never woke, my 20 month old grandson and with his Mom (who is blind).
He stayed at the dealership to make sure they could help us. He is a true gentleman.
Ran my car into a ditch at 10pm on a Friday night in a foot of snow. I didn’t find them, they found me. I wasn’t in the ditch 10 minutes and they were there to pull me out. They dug the car out by hand to reach the recovery hooks, and when they couldn’t manage it with the flat bed, the operator stayed with us with lights on to keep us safe until the recovery truck showed up. The price was very reasonable and they were very polite and professional. I wish I knew the operators names because they deserve personal thanks. Would recommend this company to anyone.
Broke down right off 68 on my way from Charleston to Martinsburg. Geico contacted Mike’s Towing for me and sent Tyler. He was such a good guy! As a woman traveling alone, it can be scary to have to deal with this stuff but he really put me at ease. Awesome employee!
We were 3+ hours away from our home when our car broke down. Connecting to Mike's Towing thru FordPass. Tyler, the tow service technician, was knowledgeable and extremely helpful. On 4/6/24, I was driving from Maryland to Ohio. Half way on the trip, I hit a pot hole in West Virginia and blew out the front tire. I used my GEICO roadside assistance. They sent Mike’s Towing. The tow truck arrived quickly and was able to get me to Goodyear tire before they closed on Saturday evening. Otherwise, it would have been until Monday to get tire fixed!! Was able to get back on the road and reached my destination only with a couple hour delay. Very pleased with Mike’s Towing dedication in helping us stranded drivers. Thank you!!
Holy cow they came so fast! My car died and I needed a jump. I didn’t catch the gentleman’s name that came to my rescue but he was fast, friendly, and saved me from being late to work!
They worked so well with my State Farm roadside assistance, I didn’t have to pay for or worry about a thing.

I had a blowout. My insurance roadside assistance originally called for Doug's towing. After 2 hours they never arrived and wouldn't answer their phone. They then contacted Mike's towing and within 2 minutes I received a call from John and he was at my location in 20 minutes. He got us towed and even dropped me, my wife and service dog off at the hotel and refused a tip. I don't live out this way, but if I did, or you happened to be in the area and need a tow, call Mike's towing. They're awesome! Doug's left me high and dry.
Thank you all so much for coming out early this morning and getting my my car loaded up safely ?. They did a great job had no issues, they were good people. Also I removed the bumper so it could be loaded because my car is very low, it was not damaged during loading.
