Great auto parts store right on Main Street in Kingwood. Very helpful staff and a great selection of auto parts and automotive accessories. You can even borrow the tools you need to make your repairs for no charge. AutoZone is a good place for oil, filters, and batteries too.
Great place to deal with. Mike the manager is fantastic as well as the rest of the employees. Always have the right part at good prices/quality & great no hassle warranty. Will always help to even find a more "bargain"way to repair your issues.
I bought a part from them and at the same time exchanged my core. The part turned out to be the wrong part and they will not let me get the core back (with me agreeing to pay them, and the core is still at their store) looks like I will be taking my business elsewhere.
Edit: after talking further with the store they allowed me to exchange a different core for my old core. Not sure why I was not told of this when I talked to them the first time.
I would not recommend this to go to place for parts at all,and their services is so slow,and really bad,and their parts is so pricey,and they claim to their customers that their parts is life time guaranteed but they is not they lies to their customers,and they also tell their customers the parts they is purchasing for their vehicles is new parts it is also a lies their parts has been used,and returned,and remanufactured by them so they can sell them back out to the customers for a really high prices,and i really would not recommend this PARTS Store to any body because they is a big fraud company on PARTS!!!!
I ordered a mirror for my jeep they said they would have it the next day !! Three days later still didn’t get it The next time I’ll go across the street to Advance auto
Did a nice job installing a new battery in our truck. We love that you can buy the battery and they will install it right then for free. It make it a lot easier.
Friendly staff and they strive to be as knowledgeable as they can seems to meet the needs of the community and they work at trying to help you receive the parts you need in the timeframe frame you need it
Tomorrow I will make a 3rd trip back to get the belt they told me couldn't possibly fit. The first belt the reccommended was too long, returned it for another belt they said was right, it was too short. Tomorrow I will get the one I asked for in the first place.
My car broke down and then my truck. I had to get some parts fast. Auto Zone had what i needed. If they didn't they can order it to arrive in a day or two, in most cases.
