They didn't have any of the parts I needed. When I said I'd just go to Auto Zone, the guy helping me called over there to see if they had the stuff I needed. What a nice thing to do!
These really take of me when I go n there Robert, skip,Jon know there parts I don't ever go across the street to auto value they can't ever get me parts that have to be ordered idk I'll stick with these guys
I'm very disappointed in my visit to the Kingwood store I needed to use some loner tools to fix my motorcycle and was told that they didn't have any tools to use and then was told they had no wires but might have some on the back wall. VERY poor customer service!
Something's wrong with your car stop by here these guys will take care of you real good with what they do. They will put the computer on your car and check your codes for you for free. It really helps.
Was having issues with my battery. I get it jumped and head to Advanced to purchase a replacement and have them install it... as advertised. They give me some excuse about how they would have to remove some sort of plastic that would affect my windshield wipers to access the battery and that the job would take too long so they won't install it. Thank goodness I had the forethought to leave the vehicle running when I went in.... I drove right next door to AutoZone and the 19 year old kid working was able to replace it in less than 10 min...... what a miracle! SMH.
Friendly, but most don't have any automotive skills. Why work somewhere when u don't have no idea what the person is wanting, needing or even asking for... just cause u can read a computer, don't mean anything unless u no what u need..

I buy alot of parts from Advance Auto parts online website, I like the place your order online and pay and go pick up your order in store within 30 minutes, they always have great discounts online vs in store. Chip is the general manager, he rocks he's extremely knowledgeable and understanding. Great parts store!
Super friendly staff. Love that they do whatever they can to help the customer. One of the employees even offered to drive to where I was stuck to change out my dead battery.
Advance Auto Part Manager Chip H is a Thief by ripping off my Debit card ,and then Denying the Problems, and not trying to solve the problem,and this becomes a Federal Offense,and possibly Chargers is being filed, and a Law Suit is going to be filed against Advance Auto Parts Manager Chip H . I would not recommend buying Parts off of this advance auto parts because the parts you think it is new parts it is Not it is reused parts they cleans up to make it look New then Sell it to you to buy. Advance Auto Parts in Kingwood Wv, 26537 is a bunch Frauders, and a bunch of con artists on ripping you off on money, and Parts especially CHIP H. !!!!
I went there to buy brake lines for my car, and the Manager Chip H. said that he wasn't selling me no brake lines because it's a FORD we don't like selling parts for FORD, and if I do sell you the parts you have to pay more because of it being a FORD, and I still never got the parts i needed, he still wouldn't sell me the parts for my car !!!!
