Gelled up my 7.3 on snowshoe. Came up here towed me down and heated er up in the shop. Drove home no problem. Thankful they were there, and I was able to make it to work the next day.
These gentleman turned a rough day, into a good day and got me back on the road within an hour. Can’t recommend them enough, extremely grateful for the help they provided and they definitely went the extra mile for me!
We were stranded in Snowshoe and without their help it could have gone badly. Even with spotty cell signal, their communication was steady and reassuring. They were knowledgeable, knew exactly how to handle the situation, and treated us with genuine kindness. The fact that they helped us on a Sunday says everything about their character and professionalism. We’re extremely grateful and highly recommend them!
F&F towing helped us off snowshoe mountain after our truck would not thaw . They were very polite and professional , 10/10 would recommend them to anyone in the area , job well done !! Once again I can’t thank you enough Justin, Chase and Brayden, and great hospitality from mom and dad!❤️
Great family and superior service. 100% recommend. Towed my truck from snowshoe to there shop in the middle of a snow storm on a Sunday. Made the repairs and had me driving again that afternoon. True family effort and appreciated.

I would give 20 stars if I could. Car was stuck in mud, ice and snow on the side of a mountain for 3 days, felt like nothing could get it out. He showed up and got the job done, and even helped me out with my stuck gear shift. I was able to get my car out of the snow and fixed within a few hours. And amazing customer service on top of it all. I recommend them to locals and out of towners alike.
I can't say enough good things about this family owned business. They got us running and back on the road. Twice in one trip. My North GA duramax didn't like the WV cold weather, these guys knew exactly what to do. Thanks for saving my snowboarding trip with my daughter!
If I could write a higher review I would. Car stuck at airbnb in Snowshoe due to heavy snow. AAA could not provide service, it was close to 0 degrees outside, and I had to be out of airbnb shortly. They had to help out a mom stranded with an infant and were still over to me in a reasonable amount of time. Got me all the way down the mountain and to a location where the roads were great. They even made sure I was going the right direction to get home safely and knocked $200 off the original quote. Excellent service. Would use for all my auto needs if I was local.
Justin and Chase were excellent in helping me and my son out of a jam. Justin was excellent communicating with me through the whole process and Chase was excellent and explaining the repairs and why my truck froze like it did. Excellent local and family run business. I enjoyed getting to meet all of them at their shop. They made us feel welcome and got my truck running so that my son and I could make it home last night. Thanks guys.
We broke down on route 66, 7 miles south of Snowshoe, during a severe winter storm. We had to abandon our vehicle and get a ride up the mountain with some good samaritans. Due to the storm, F&F had been overwhelmed with calls for tow, upwards of 25 calls per hour. Despite that, F&F worked tirelessly through the late hours of the night to clear the roads giving a tow to everyone in need, including me. We called multiple tow services and not only was F&F the only one that would entertain my desperate request for help, but they did so while providing me with updates along the way (because I was not with my vehicle). Once they got my vehicle to their shop, they immediately began working on it to assess the issue and restore it to a drivable condition. Knowing that my family and I were stranded at the top of the mountain, with no ubers/cabs/etc available, they repaired our vehicle THAT DAY (after working all night), and they even offered to let me hitch a ride in one of their dispatched wreckers from the top of the mountain to their shop for free! Their service, professionalism, responsiveness, and kindness ranks among the best businesses I have ever had the pleasure of encountering. 5 stars, highest possible recommendation.
Needed a tire repaired on our RV and they were the closest place. They spent about 30 minutes getting us fixed up, then we spent close to an hour just talking. Bill, Justin, and Chase are top notch people. We just met them and when we left we felt like family. If we ever get through this area of the country again we'll stop even if we don't need repairs.
Professional and knowledgeable. I do most of my own maintenance. They do what I can't do and will give me pointers so I can get more done. These are honest folks who don't try to upsell my wife a blinker fluid change.
Had flat tire while on vacation in Snowshoe. Called ahead of time off hours on the weekend, was pleasantly advised to call back during business hours to give specs on new tire, which arrived as advised the day we were leaving the mountain as anticipated. New tire changed in about 15 minutes. Extremely pleasant, helpful, cordial.
They like to nickle and dime you. Storage fees start the day they pick up your car. There's a gate fee. Long story short my vehicle was stolen in Colorado and W. Virginia state police found it and had. It towed to this impound lot. You would think someone who drove 1,600 miles with their family to recover their vehicle they might cut some slack on the charges and fees but no they didn't.
My wife and I are so grateful to Justin and his father for the fabulous service they provided. Our car broke down while camping and it required them to not only research how to get the car into a towable configuration but also to come up with a creative solution to towing our car out of the campground with restricted access. They were highly professional, courteous, and were responsible for us being able to recover our vacation when things got challenging. Highly recommend F & F for towing and services. Thank-you F & F!!
F&F saved the day for me! my parked van slid backwards off an icy parking lot and two rear wheels were in the ditch... the van looked ready to fall down the hill and into a condo. At 10:30 pm on a Tues, they showed up to haul my van back onto the parking lot. They are heroes in my book! Thank you! Would certainly call on them again. Kevin
The staff for F&F were super friendly and super helpful. Lost my keys at Snowshoe and were able to tow my car to the nearest dealership so they can make a key for us. Lucky the dealership had a key. Overall super thankful for the service F&F provided us.
I was on Snowshoe Mountain and it was -18 and my car wouldn't start I called my roadside service which left me stranded so I called F & F (on Christmas Eve) which they were pretty prompt and were super concerned about my safety and making sure we were Ok.Justin towed us down the mountain putting our car in their nice warm shop making sure we had everything we needed soooo nice. . Charged the battery because we drained it trying to start it. Did some other things to warm our car up quickly and got us back on the road back home in time for Christmas. I really recommend them the service was worth every penny.
My kids and I are grateful for Bill and his family. Our car broke down the day before Thanksgiving while driving from Snowshoe (alternator stopped working). It stalled on us right in front of the shop. What a miracle! Bill treated us like family and stayed with us for several hours, keeping us out of the cold, before our ride arrived. He and his son fixed the car the day after Thanksgiving at a reasonable price and we made it safely back to Florida. Thank you Bill, Chase, Justin, and Rosie for the hospitality.
I am very thankful for the quick response to my needed tow to mechanic at Price’s Automotive Center. Nice guy came to the rescue and enabled us to not miss out on our ski trip! They provided a receipt so I could send to AAA for reimbursement (since AAA would have taken hours to arrive to our remote location).
I highly recommend this service.
During our family vacation to Cass RR and other West Virginia/Virginia locations, we unexpectedly needed brake work, as well as a ball joint. We were very pleased with the service we received at F&F Service Center. The guys were prompt, helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, thorough and did a good job. It’s always a bit nerve wracking to go to an unfamiliar garage: out of state, and having no other choice, really, as we could not drive home to PA with our van as it was. But we were very happy to find that Bill and his sons were over the top honest, and did a great job. Thanks, guys! Believe it or not, our visit to your garage was one of the highlights of our trip!
My family and I were visiting from GA and had an issue with our van. F&F responded quickly and drove up to Snowshoe to tow it, then got it fixed the same day. They treated me like family and gave me a fair price for the towing and repair service. Even offered to let me use their car to go get something to eat while I was waiting for my van. Absolutely amazing customer service, and I feel fortunate to have found them during what was a pretty stressful experience for my family and me. I cannot recommend these guys enough. Thank you!

Got one day turn around on brake pads, rotor, and caliper, very reasonable prices, excellent customer service. Really helped our snowshoe vacation stay on track, and even gave us a ride back to the shop, to pick up our vehicle, from the bottom of snowshoe mountain. Very nice people, highly recommended mechanic.
