I had to exchange an oil filter, and the manager made it extremely simple. I received the correct part at no additional cost even after saying I'd make up the difference($1.06). The manager was pleasant and customer focused.
Apparently this location will hire anyone! I went into this location looking windshield wipers. The girl was super rude to myself and other people there and had absolutely no clue what she was talking about. She was not helpful at all
Our windshield wiper came off during a terrible thunderstorm! We were fortunate to find a place to pull over safely and then
made our way to Advanced Auto Parts, St Mary’s, WV with our wiper attached with a twist tie! We were pleased to find what we needed in stock, but the above and beyond was the young gentleman that went outside and installed both our wipers!! What a pleasant surprise for an employee to go the extra mile and not have the “not my job “ attitude!
The people who work here have no clue what there doing. Half the time they don't have what you need in stock. I tried to get a headlight bulb there yesterday and they didn't have it but they could have it in a couple days! Well I need to see asap and plus I don't want a ticket because you can't keep basic in stock. Auto zone always has what you need and almost always cheaper prices and the quality of parts are better. Napa has really good parts but a lot of time they have to order it in and it's expensive, but few extra bucks for a high quality part is worth it everytime. So skip advanced auto and go to auto zone or advanced.
The employees at this store are rude and do not want to help especially Taylor. She was rude and told us we needed to go else where to get the part. When you call in needing help they say they dont know and dont bother looking.
Always helpful and if they didn’t have the part they had it by the next day. They’ve also came up with entire kits when I just needed the gasket and didn’t want to wait the day for them. Very helpful!
Common for the chain. Convenient location. Front parking is a little shallow but room on the side is better. They also install things like wipers and will diagnose check engine lights.
The store has almost anything you could need or wanting when working on your ride. The Store has many knowledgeable staff members, however some do not give a warm greeting that you would expect. Nevertheless a great store for your automotive needs.
My boyfriend who is 65 and has a heart condition had a flat tire a couple blocks from this Advance Auto Parts store, I am over an hour from there, so I called hoping someone there could get him some fix-a--flat, Derek took some down to him, but that didn't work because the hole was too large, Derek took the time to change the tire for him and sent him on his way. Thank you Derek for helping him out and letting me rest easy that he was taken care of!
These guys were awesome! In a jam, even ripped tools off the shelf to get the parts on in the parking lot! Stand up guys, stand out company! Definitely will give my business to them!
