I got a flat going North on Rte. 2 just past the corrections place and was in a dead zone. A lady was kind enough to stop and she had service so I called a towing company. They came, picked my vehicle up and dropped me at BB's. Despite the tow company not calling them to see if they had room on their schedule, BB's managed to squeeze me in with a new tire as mine was damaged. This place is awesome!
Very straight forward. Worked us in same day. Explained what was needed and even gave alternate solutions elsewhere as a option. 1st time there and found BB's to Very honest and pleasent people to talk to.
BBs took excellent care of my Bronco Sport when installing a lift and larger tires. My bill was much cheaper than quoted too. You can book your next appointment with confidence!
Mike and BB 1237 hooked me up with some nice Metalcloak parts on the Jeep. Great prices and it was really nice to be able to drop it off and not have to worry about whether things were being installed correctly. I can not reccomend the folks at this shop enough for your vehicle modifications, maintenance, and tire needs!!

When my 2021 Jeep Gladiator started experiencing the infamous death wobble, I worked closely with Mike Harper, their head mechanic, to find a solution. We chose the Metalcloak Jeep TJ/Heavy Duty Steering System, and as a member of the Ohio Valley Jeep Club, I received a discount from BB’s 1237 shop. The service was prompt, and I'm delighted to say that my Gladiator now drives smoother than ever before. I got an alternator put on a few months ago it went bad. They replaced it under warranty. I thought I would have to at least pay labor but they did it free of charge. Now that's taken care of your customer.

I needed to have my vehicle inspected. What a wonderful business! I didn’t have to wait or make an appointment they took me in right away. The customer service was amazing! The waiting area was clean and it offered drinks during the wait while your vehicle is being serviced. I was very impressed and I will definitely be returning for any future services.

Needed a tire rotation and an oil change done. They got me in right away. I mentioned a noise that I had taken to be checked at two other places. The problem was found immediately!!! Excellent service! Inviting and comfortable waiting area for customers which is a huge bonus.
