8 out of 10 times I end up going to autozone to get what I need. After last weeks run around, after calling both stores, im done. Said common brake part was in stock, made sure of location, drove there for no reason. Told to go to other store, so i stupidly did.. to be let down again by a kid that knew nothing about it. Proceed to have him look it up to tell me its not available separately. Showed him how to.do his job on the fiche finder. And low and behold, there is my part... not in stock.
Leave very upset, head next door to the zone. They had everything in stock in my hand in 3 minutes. Cheaper too. This is based on 25 years of dealing with these elm grove parts stores. I miss napa.

I’ve been to this store many times and they have been so helpful with finding the right thing I needed for my vehicle. Today, I had a wiper break and get stuck in my grill which left both wipers useless. Ty (I think that’s his name) helped me find the blade I needed and helped me extract the one that was a bit stuck before replacing it. He also made sure the wipers worked before I left. I was so appreciative after a really stressful rainy day!
It's alright place the guy behind the counter says or at least acts like a manager acted like I didn't know nothing about cars or the tool I needed to rent reason why I go to the south wheeling store as they treat me like family
The lady working here won’t help you find stuff. She giggled when I asked about a fuse and said I’d go have to look to see if they have it. I just left and went to auto zone and the gentleman there found my fuse happily within seconds. Customer service is everything. Especially when there are 3 auto parts stores within 5 minutes of each other
We visited Advanced to get a single wiper blade as ours had broken in an ice/snow storm. My husband ended up walking out with 2 wiper blades and was finally able to replace the one on the back of the car. I am incredibly pleased to say the least.
I love this store. Always has what I need at a reasonable price. Staff knows their products and explains their use clearly.
They install windshield wipers and batteries immediately.
Employees are not knowledgeable at all! Never have standard fuses or small parts I need when yet Autozone and other car stores have basic stuff. Prices are not cheap.
All of the stores locally are great the employees are very friendly. Kara from one of the wheeling stores is definitely top notch in customer service she goes above and beyond to help customers. Definitely be doing my business here again.
My check engine light came on stopped by to have it checked out.

I went to Auto zone and they checked out the check engine light sold me the part I needed and problem solved.

Stopped by as my daughter was having battery issues with her vehicle. Professional staff tested the battery and helped select a replacement. They installed the new battery immediately and I was on my way. Thanks for the great service guys!
Very professional and quick. Pointed out potential issues for future visits but didnt pressure me into fixing them now. Overall a great garage. Online appointment booking is always a plus, too.
Some of the guys actually know a thing or two about the operation and repair of a internal combustion engine here. Unlike other parts stores. You are low on blinker fluid!
Helped me find right oil...My VW dont take norm. Got synthetic blend in it....Also got me great steerin wheel handle..was burnin hell out my hands.....cked out few other items pick up later
Gave me the wrong oil filter and had to go back. The first person was apologetic but couldn't find the right one. The second person found it but they didn't have it. Gave me a cheaper one and said we should be good.
My car was on ramps and wife needed it so didn't have a choice.
Jesse from the Wheeling store was so helpful. My Grandson and I had been bike riding in the Spring and we lost the lock for the hitch pin to tow the bikes. We tied them on the best we could and headed to Advance. Jesse not only found a solution but put it on the hitch and we had an uneventful trip home. We were so grateful for his help!
