Terrible was over charged for brakes and rotors wanted my fronts done and they did the back still need fronts done , was told a part cost 500 for a brake booster when the part actually cost 150 , I try to stay with the same company but I won’t be back
Came in at opening with a flat tire and the guys took me in right away even with other appointments and got me fixed up perfectly!!! Great job! Always come here to take care of my cars!
I had some issues with my car when I first bought it the guys at this NTB did some diagnostics and found what was wrong with it. They repaired the issue and havent had any issues since! The guys at this NTB are great and honest people and do quality work! I trust them with all my vechicles. Highly recommend them! Looking forward to doing more business with you all!
The guys at NTB took care of us. They got us in same day (Sunday), diagnosed, ordered a very specific tire, and got me on the road 24 hours later. I sincerely appreciate their care and hustle.
These guys were really helpful. Calm, fun employee's are there to help you if you need it. I went there to get an alignment done and they answered any questions I had. I definitely would go threw them again.

Nick and Morgan were super helpful the whole time. Nick, I’m assuming anyway, was the guy in charge of working on my car and he did a great job while being super honest the whole time. Great guy and great service
We were from out of town and our tire continuously was going flat from a crack in the rim. The entire staff was extremely friendly and took their time to show us the crack and offer as many solutions as they could, even calling various other stores to see if they had the rim we needed to get back on the road. They went out of their way to help us out and do what they could to get us back on the road!
David took amazing care of us! Traveling through and OH and experienced a flat, decided I should get all of them changed. Called ahead of a flatbed dropping us off and got us in right away! Super quick, good price, and great service!
Unfortunately, I had to change my previous 5 star review to 1. What once was my go-to for auto service I will now avoid at all costs. I had an issue that I patiently tried to work through with the regional manager and I was left hanging. I will now take my business elsewhere.

Wonderful place. It was cold this morning and my tire pressure light came on and they didn't hesitate to fix my air pressure and get my light to go out.
Chauncey is amazing. I can always count on him to fix the issues with my Benz. Hes always taken care of my car and is always honest with the issues. This store is great and couldn’t ask for better service when i bring both of my cars here. Thank you !!

On time, no delays, efficient, knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Went to another NTB for years, but after a few less than professional experiences there, I’ll be going to the Wheeling store. They’re wonderful to deal with.
Beyond happy with my experiences at this NTB. I’ve had multiple alignments along with getting new tires mounted and balanced. they do great work !!! There tech garret has always been extremely helpful and professional !! Definitely recommend!!
We had an issue with my front tire that happened while on the highway traveling from Indiana. We happened to pull off right by NTB. They were so kind, got us in ASAP, fixed the issue and we were back on the road in no time. Highly recommend for sure! They were a Godsend for us.
I came in on August 1, 2025 after dropping my son off for college. I ended up with a massive nail in my tire, and had needed to drive 333 miles back home. I was welcomed by Kristen (With the big beard) . Awesome customer service and tire was replaced fast. Totally, loved the experienced.
Friendly staff no doubt about that. Took awhile to get a Oil change and Alignment came in at 9: 49Am it is now 11:53am they just finished. Not to bad I suppose.
