They fixed our front bumper, damaged due someone backing into our car. Had the car 3 days. Fix the bumper, paint, and even detailed our car. Did a fantastic job. Every one we met in the office were super friendly and helpful.
We had to put our vehicle in the shop for repairs they started on it the next day I received a text message every day giving me updates on the repairs.

I first me Monica at the end of the work day as I drove by Elm Grove Collision. She was friendly and encouraging! She set me up with an appointment with Larry, their appraiser the next day!
When I arrived Shay knew all about my issues and introduced me to Larry. Larry took pictures and inspected what i hoped to have repairs to body damage to half of the car, front bumper, both front fenders from others hitting me over the years and the entire passenger side from a guardrail which had jumped out in front of me.
Larry explained the estimate in detail. Shay got me a date and I’m scheduled for the repair at a reasonable cost!!!
I shouldn’t have waited so long!!

Had my car fixed after an accident and within a couple months paint bubbled and rust appeared they redid it again same thing within 2 months rusted again and have been avoiding my calls ever since , there was no rust prior to this place touching my vehicle and the spot that has rust is the place they supposedly fixed. Avoid the headache and go somewhere else!
You guys did a great job on my Subaru. Sorry with having to deal with what you guys had to deal with insurance. You guys went out of your way to get it straightened out plus with taken care of the rental vehicle. Thanks again!
My car has been in the shop since around May 22 because of a drunk driver that hit it, I just pick it up today and I can say it was worth every second waiting to get it back it literally looks like a brand new car I’m so happy with all that they did. They were so amazing at updating me and keep me informed about everything they were doing, it made me feel at ease. Definitely recommending!
Geico told me to call my closest auto-body shop and get an estimate. Elm Grove collision being the closest WONT EVEN PROVIDE OR ACCEPT work from Geico. They say it's Geicos policy, even tho I was on the phone with a Geico rep saying all was well to get an estimate as Geico don't have a shop within 100 miles of me. I have no idea why a company would turn down 1k in insurance work
REPLYING to the owners reply on 3/21/24 I CURRENTLY have a check in hand made out to ME. from Geico to cover the repairs on my vehicle are you guys able to accept cash payment on behalf of geico claim? If so I will cash said check and bring my car to you as I would perfer you guys to do the work.
I hit a deer about 6 weeks ago and insurance sent me here.
I can't praise the staff enough for their kindness, help and outstanding service. They gave me updates every step of the way and were able to work on my car in a timely manner. My car is as good as new and I couldn't be more pleased! 5 stars!

I was in an accident in January 2021.
I have had to take my car back several times to have things fixed. I was riding down the road and a seat belt they replaced fell off. So my trust in the work was lost.
I also left messages for the owners to call me about parts missing out of my vehicle and they never called back.
Receptionist is very kind.
I will never go back here again.
We had to take our vehicle here after a collision and they were quick, professional, and my car looks brand new. The front desk receptionist is unbelievably kind and knowledgeable. Will be the only place I take my cars.
Horrible experience! Estimate was for 2 days and it ended up being 3 weeks for a bumper repair and new headlight. They didn’t even put a new bumper on just fixed it and painted it. Lots of overspray. No communication whatsoever in letting us know what was going on a new time frame that it might be done. I called them 3 times during this 3 week period and every time told it would be done the following Friday. So, we’ve had the car back 6 days and tonight drove it for the first time after dark and the headlight they “fixed” doesn’t even work.
’ve said it before and I’ll say it again. Elm Grove Collision is the best, and if you encounter an unfortunate accident these are the people your going to want to have your back. They are caring, compassionate, prices are great, and they guarantee their work. They are also a dream to work with! Not much more you could ask for. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
Terrible customer service!! Had my truck 4 days longer than they said because of their incompetent employees. I had to keep after them because they said they would call if they were going to keep it longer. The rental car was more than my deductible. Offered no customer care for loss.

Great customer service. Vehicle repairs for collisions are not want anyone wants to do or deal with but my expierence here was great! The secretary at the front counter was very welcoming, and just pleasant. They all work fast and efficiently.
This shop charged me money that they received from my insurance company. When I picked up my car they said I had to pay my deductible plus the money not covered by my insurance. I later found out via my insurance company that all payments were made to shop. When confronted, the shop proceeded to tell me that they could keep my overpayment because they had a new “final final” bill after I had paid the final bill in full. On this new altered bill were new charges, unbeknownst to me, and requests to my insurance for payment almost a full month after I paid the balance and the car was returned. They said my receipt showing a zero balance was not correct and I didn’t need to “know about” the other requests made to my insurance. They said my zero balance receipt did not mean the car was paid in full. They literally changed the rates and paperwork after the car was paid to justify keeping the overpayment. This is like a business charging your credit card later after you have already completed the purchase. After much dispute, they returned my money. BUT this is extremely shady, possibly fraudulent. Proceed with caution.
They have zero customer service. They don't communicate with you about what's going on, my pick up date has changed four times now, and I have only received one phone call from them period.
My car will have to have one fantastic repair job for me to ever even think about taking anything else to them.
Redid the whole side of my dually, bedside, two doors mirror and repainted/blended the whole passenger side of it. Looks great, quality job that was pretty involved. I can't be happier and would definitely recommend them regardless of some of the other reviews.
Absolutely sickening. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!! I got into a minor accident with little to no damage. My car was towed here and after being inspected, was left outside and unlocked. It had close to $6000 worth of firefighting gear inside. My car was opened casually by someone and everything taken inside. Then never even called to tell me even though they had it on camera and I only found out a week later after my car was done and noticed everything gone. The manager said he would make it right. Called today to tell me there was nothing he could do. I think it's an inside job. I'm reporting them to the BBB and the US Attorney General. Don't go to elm Grove collision!
If I could give 0 stars I could. I took my car to them to have a bumper replaced. They initially quoted that it would take 1 day. I dropped it off the night before so hey would have all day. I waited and waited for a call that it was done and finally when I called, they said "Oh well we painted it, but it isn't the right color and we need to keep it to get it right." Well that sounded nice, except that I needed the car so I picked it up.
Fast forward a month until I could get it back in. Dropped it off at night again and told them I would need to pick it up in 2 days. The second morning, they called and said that mine would be painted next (so it had sat there for an entire day without being worked on at all). THEN they scratched it( around noon) and it apparently would take another entire day to fix this. They recommended that I pick it up and then bring it back YET AGAIN to have this scratch fixed. I was not agreeable to this situation and I was given a hard time about getting a rental car
I still don't have a car back and my bumper repair has taken 4 days and counting and they also scratched my car in the process. I would not take my bike here for this kind of treatment. If you do go there, make sure you don't pay a penny until they actually get it right.
