My husband took his jeep here for a repair on his muffler. They put the wrong piping on & didn’t bolt his muffler down. Which lead to two more issues. Needless to say he’s out of a vehicle right now & just spent 1300 dollars with them. For them to brush off their mistake and ignore fixing the issue
Would be nice to get a update on the service of my truck. Its been sitting not being worked on since they charged me almost 900 for 1 caliper 1 rotor and 1 set of pads. I tried to tell them what they think would fix my truck wouldn't and it cost me an extra $100 for them to "see if it fixes it" I have a tracking device that let's me know when the truck starts and moves so I know it hasn't been touched for a week. Then they have the nerve to call and try to get me to sell or trade it in..

In Oct 2024 I bought a Jeep Wrangler from Elm Grove. I no sooner got it back home to Pittsburgh when I started having problems with it.
The cruise control did not work, the Tire Pressure light stayed on, the exhaust flange was completely rusted and all the screws were coming out which created this horrible clanking noise, and I had to replace the front and back brakes (pads, rotors and calipers) - all this and I hadn't even had it 6 months!
Unfortunately I couldn't continue putting money into it while also making a $600 a month payment so I had it voluntarily repossessed. I always wanted a Jeep and was so happy and excited to finally get one only to be completely disappointed.
Multiple problems with the Jeep grand Cherokee I bought from here. Been told multiple times over multiple issues. That it can't be fixed and I am supposed to deal with it. If I could give this place negative stars I would

Our experience at Elm Grove/Straub was A+. Their sales team was an incredible change of pace to most dealers I've dealt with in the past. They were genuinely good people first, salesmen last. Chuck Baker and Mike Kidd were great to deal with! They were honest even when honesty wasn't likely to end in a sale. They didn't try to "sell us" on anything. They were honest but fair. When the initial deal was out our comfort zone and they were close to closing time, they could easily have pushed us out the door. But Chuck says "talk to me. Where do you need to be, what's your biggest reservation?" They took the extra time and worked to meet us where we were financially, on the vehicle that we wanted. Finding a more suitable deal on a lesser vehicle was never even suggested. In the end, the deal was likely less favorable to them than to us. They made one deal with us on that day, but they've made two long term customers in the process! I look forward to dealing with them again!

Horrible service department!! I have been lied to on multiple occasions. Was told my vehicle needed a transmission and it would be $6500 after them having it for three weeks. Took it to a transmission shop and within 5 mins of them looking at it wasn’t even the transmission it was a broke axle and only cost me $500 parts and labor! Will never get service there or buy a vehicle there again. And will tell everyone I know!
I called the service department today to make an appointment for my Jeep for the check engine light and a bad sensor. I have never been so disrespected and belittled by someone, like the man on the phone with me today. His tone and attitude with me was beyond ignorant and left me completely speechless. This was a major reminder of why I went out of the area to buy my Jeep to begin with. Elm Grove Chrysler should be ashamed to have such nasty and rude employees working for them.
Zero stars to give to this unprofessional, condescending, lazy, sloppy and worst of all not at all truthful group. There is zero integrity to be found! They damage your vehicle and then an act as if you are asking for something for nothing. Save yourself the headache and purchase your vehicle anywhere but at a Straub owned dealership. The damages in the photos are of my one week old Jeep then again a year and a half later! They just don’t care!

I purchased my Chrysler Van here 4 years ago. While the sales side was a little pushy/ hard to work with, the SERVICE department is absolutely outstanding. I have nothing but good things to say about John Starr and his team in the service department. My vehicle will never go anywhere else for service. Its been in 3 times for various reasons, and all 3 times my repairs were met with accuracy, timeliness & fairness. They also back their lifetime power train warranty! They really do honor it- no lying or hassles when it comes time to use it. Because of their service department alone, I will never buy a vehicle anywhere else!

I called about a recall on my jeep I bought on Monday from another dealer (carvana) and they got me in within 24 hours. The service was impeccable, the staff was friendly and helpful. They also performed a complementary inspection and topped off all the fluids while they had it. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with their service department.
I appreciate having the water pump fixed timely in my vehicle. I depend on my vehicle for work.. They also 2 weeks ago replaced my speed sensor that went out and new brakes and rotors. Good job. They always do all of the work on my vehicle and I have had good service from them.

I recently had a soft top put on my new Jeep Wrangler. They were not sure how long it would take so I made arrangements for transportation. Less than two hours they were done. It looks great and Sean even came out to show me how to take the windows off and put the top down. They are all such nice people to deal with. Thank you for such a great experience.
Shopped around a little for my new Gladiator. When I came to Elm Grove I got a really good feeling from the staff. Other big dealerships I tired offered a scary experience for me. Dave Kean is an excellent sales person and a gentleman. I did not feel pressured to buy and they gave me a reasonable and fair amount for my trade-in. I live in Columbus, Ohio but I will most definitely make the trip to Elm Grove when I decide to purchase another Jeep product in the future.
Lost my key and fob in the river while on our kayaking trip, everyone at the dealership was very friendly and fit me in same day, they programmed a new key fob and topped off all of my tires all in under an hour! absolutely outstanding customer service.
Working in the auto industry I know that fitting cars in same day is difficult but they went above and beyond for us, great people & a good place to go if you need anything done.
