I recently was at a remote campground in West virginia and lost my only key. It was a Friday night that I noticed the key was missing. I made several calls to locksmiths and most either didn’t answer or I beacon far from them. At ptonto, I spoke with Josh and he was willing to make to the trip to the campground. He said that he couldn’t make it on Saturday but that he could come Sunday with a key and program it. They are closed on Sundays and I was so appreciative that he would come on Sunday. I had also called triple A and they didn’t have a locksmith in the area. My only option through triple A was a tow back home. I can’t thank him enough for his efforts and customer service to get the key to me. Totally would recommend him to anyone who has lost their key.

First off Josh is great , I contacted him Friday for a quote for the key fob for my outlander sport and his price was way better then the dealership etc, he was able to get my keys within a couple days of talking and Tuesday he was at my house cutting and programming and my car wasn’t easy and it was hot out but he didn’t stop till he got it. I’m very happy and highly recommend josh for any key needs you may have!!!

Great Service! Josh ordered my new key FOB for me and came to my job to program and cut my new key! It's Exactly what I wanted. The key cutting machine cut the key wrong the first time, Josh went and got a new key blade and recut it right there for me. It was all said and done within a couple hours at most! Although there were some complications, Josh had the drive in him to make it right. He came back out Sunday and resolved the issue he ran into. Found Pronto in a Google search. I called in the afternoon and he was out to my house later the same day. It ended up being unnecessary, but he was willing to stop by after hours to make sure we could get the car running today. He was also considerably cheaper than the other locksmith I could reach.
