I was on the side of a busy highway in snow, tire blew. Our driver came fast and was courteous, helpful, and made you feel safe. Handled car safely and efficiently. He was a very good person to have help in a emergency.
They showed up in 10 minutes and charged us less than they originally said, which was already lower than anyone else we called. Definitely recommend these guys!
Got a flat tire while at work. Called AAA and they had a guy out quick to tow me to the shop. The driver was quick and friendly. I think his name was Daniel. Had a long beard. Thanks for all the help!
Horrible service. Was told they would be there in 30 minutes and never was there called back said they were already towing someone else real fast and they’ll be there soon. And never showed I call them back and then tell me that they had to switch out trucks for the latest call that they were on. Just flat out horrible service and no communication
Had these guys out twice to help with me a spare when I was alone with my one year old this past year, both of the tow truck drivers who came out were professional and super cool. Got here within 10-15 minutes of calling! Thanks a lot.
Awesome Experience with this company. My Volkswagen beetle shut off on me today i contacted triple a in app and within 5 minutes they called and had a driver on the way. The driver was very helpful and polite he even looked under car and let me know a line broke.Great job Ace Towing
Ace Garage was a life saver today. We were stranded on busy 470 East and Brian arrived within 15 minutes to rescue us. He towed our car to the shop and helped us find a place that had restaurants within walking distance. Thank you, thank you Brian
I am the worst driver when it comes to backing down our lane. I also am handicapped and walk with a walker. Ace Garage is so kind and caring and I recommend that you call them for all of your towing needs. Today I couldn't get out of our lane so, I had to back down and of course went sideways off the road and a bit over the hill. The owner Brian came to help along with another very kind young man and they had me out in no time. They are so careful with our car and I recommend them when I call AAA for towing assistance. They are a family owned business and they treat the customers as if they are family. Call them for all of your towing needs or repairs if needed. You will never want another towing company to assist you once you have had Ace Garage.
Zack was awesome! He deserves a raise. He was quick, safe, and on top of his game! He was even training someone and was able to correct the mistake in a matter of seconds. Always ask for zack!!!
I was traveling from NJ and my car caught a flat. AAA had ace garage come out to us on an exit ramp in less than 10 minutes. The mechanic Bryan was quick and prompt and I would recommend Ace for anybody in the area!
Stranded for two and a half hours only to find out that they never actually made an attempt to help me after I had called. If you're find yourself in need of their services, it'd best spend your time finding someone else.

I want to give a shout out to Brian and his staff at ACE garage. They were wonderful during our experience working with them. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
After parking in the same place for 5 1/2 months, my car was towed by Ace. When retrieving my car, they could not tell me who had it towed in the first place as they do not ask for records of that. When asked if they had proof that it was the owner that called it or proof it wasn’t public parking, they didn’t know. Then they demanded double the price of the state maximum to be paid to get the car out. Cash only of course as I’m sure the lack of records they keep plus only cash payments dodges a lot of taxes. Disgusting.
Pretty sure Ace Garage has an arrangement with the Wheeling PD; they give you no alternative options for towing companies (even when Ace isn't your preferred company). Never had a good experience with this company. My insurance agent outright skips them over when searching for companies to fulfill a roadside assistance call.
I locked my keys in truck called and came right away was very happy with their price and service and was very respectful, I would highly recommend their services

We got stranded beside road so we called ace very very unhelpful just wanted to tow us.Was cheap but would rather pay more and get real service.I would not recommend Ace.
